Glitching non-stop!

Awful app! Impossible to use! It’s glitching all time, I can’t do a thing there! Have to restart it over and over after every single action!

Please fix booking detail view

Since the last update the booking detail view doesn’t work - keeps spinning resulting in the app having to be closed

Moving the goalposts

HomeAway seems to want to make life more difficult for owners with its recent changes. The once simple pricing structure, which gave owners almost complete control, has now turned into a hot mess and can no longer be dealt with adequately from the app - you must use your desktop or laptop. Their payment disbursement has changed and they now hang onto the deposit and final payment until the day the guests actually arrive, whereas before it was sent to owners on payment. There are now fees for instant payment; otherwise they can keep YOUR money for anywhere up to a year. After 11 years with HAUK I will be weaning myself off and using other platforms. Can’t comment about the guest side as I haven’t used it.

Why have you removed the one-step calendar refresh????

Owners Direct

The most expensive and extortionate website that any owner could advertise on and also the most expensive way any holiday maker could book accommodation as they not only charge the owners but also the person booking. If you decide to cancel they say you get a full refund of the rental cost but forget to mention they keep the service fee paid for themselves leading the holiday maker to think owners have kept some of their money.
