Die Buchung war nicht transparent und wenn man dem Helpdesk anrufen möchte, hat man das Vergnügen über sehr lange Zeit Musik anhören zu müssen, ohne dass einem geholfen wird. (Vermutlich unbesetzter Service)

VRBO knows all about the troubles I have been experiencing between VRBO and Abritel. The latter holds my subscription but I cannot do anything on the site as a property owner, only book new trips. I can’t even access the owner page, getting an error message each time. Whereas I can do everything with VRBO, but only on the phone app, not on my pc. Both platforms should allow users to do the exact same things on their phone apps AND on their pc’s. The two of them really have their knickers in a twist and can’t solve this problem.

La aplicacion funciona bastante mal. se traba, para organizar fotos es un suplicio pues hay que salir y entrar cada vez que cambias una foto… En las estadisticas, da error 404 al entrar a verlas

App funktionert auch mit dem neuesten Update nicht mehr auf Ipad. Auf der Startseite lässt sich nichts mehr anklicken….

I’ve lost track of the number of times I get an ”Oops, something went wrong” message. Manually adding bookings or blocks to the calendar often gives an error but checking later on the website might show that it actually worked. Lacks features of other apps like Airbnb. VRBO really need to improve the quality and usability of this app.

Unfortunately it seems that each time I try to use any parts of the app except the messaging service, it does not work. This is the reason for the app rating. Please correct this. Thank you

Très désagréable la panne du site, aucune information et donc j’ai dû contacter 4 agents via le chat (interrompus 3 fois). Je ne pouvais plus répondre à mes clients potentiels et donc générer des réservations. Traitez vous svp comme de vrais partenaire!

Ich musste einem Kunden die Buchung stornieren bzw. ablehnen. Das Geld wurde dem Kunden offenbar belastet. Ich kann es weder ersehen noch habe ich eine Zahlung erhalten. Der Kunde will sein Geld zurück, hat aber nirgends eine Ansprechadresse von FeWoDirekt. Sehr unprofessionell.
