As with most things these days if it goes well then it is fine.  If it goes wrong it goes very wrong and you are into a world of virtual chats that have no idea what your question relates to or (if you are lucky) a person based chat that may (or may not) answer the question you ask 

I always have the feeling VRBO are seeking ways to maximise revenues from you - and they keep all of the owners money until after the booking has started, which could be a year or more from when the booking was made 

They try to help in other ways but ultimately it is only a web portal.  Once holidaymakers have found you, VRBO has finished its most important task.  I think we (and holidaymakers) pay a lot for the benefit of that single task

This is a bad app when entering password the screen flickers violently and when you enter password to access account two pages appear for the traveller app and when you hit the x to close them down you are back to the sign in page and unable to access anything as the home page does not open

I am a short term rental host and listed a property with this company. I have never ever dealt with an organisation that is so pathetic regarding communication and customer service. I still cannot quite believe the way I was treated and would recommend that you avoid this amateur set up.

I know they don’t want us to contact them so it would be better to make the site clearer. Go with another platform! Local agents add listings to Homeaway anyway.

Unfortunately I can’t get this app to do basic and important things e.g update the calendar! It’s caused many problems including double booking because I think my calendar is updated and shows on the app as blocked but it’s not! I keep having to log on online to manage property which makes the app completely unusable. I have told VRBO and they say they are aware of issues but never gets fixed.
