We had a wonderful stay. The unit exceeded our expectations. The manager and house keeping were phenomenal. Always making sure we were comfortable the view is amazing and close to all amenities. I highly recommend

We were just in a never ending circle with the AI responses and could not get to an agent in any way.

When you try to select a seat the app crashes. When you are half way through the checkin, it crashes. Crashed 10 times before I could checkin. (Both directions of my return flight)

Great apartment, central location and beautiful garden.

Booked a stay for myself and my 4 children, who I don’t have custody of and haven’t seen in months. It was my chance to reconnect with them and spend a Christmas together with them. Booking was confirmed, and paid for on my credit card. Zero communication from the owner leading up to the trip, apart from when I asked for an early check in and they said there was “no availability”, which I took to mean there was someone already there which precluded me from Entering the property early. Show up the day of, ask for check in details from the owner, only to be told that there is “NO AVAILABILITY” and that we couldn’t stay at all. Get stuck for an hour in a Starbucks with 4 children trying to sort this out. When I asked for a refund from the owner get told “I don’t have your money speak to VRBO”. Speak to VRBO they tell me the owner has to cancel the booking in order for me to be refunded, and that it could take 5-7 days to go back on my card. When I explain the situation I get told “someone from our customer complaint escalation team will reach out immediately”……..which NEVER happened. End up booking a best western suite for cheaper, with better amenities, than anything I could find on VRBO. Luckily the refund did go back on my card the same day but I don’t think that is the doings of VRBO. Disappointing experience and massively stressful at the peak of the holiday season. At least my kids now know never to use VRBO.

We stayed for 3 nights with our family. This is a very nice home. It has special attention given to all the details. I would highly recommend this place. 5 stars all the way.

I am trying to figure out why i didn’t have my service fee refunded when i cancelled my booking months ago and my trip isn’t till May 2025!!?

Worst site ever. Avoid at all cost!!i hate it!
