I recently downloaded the app due to an upcoming trip. Every time I tried login to view my trip information I keep receiving an error message. I have closed and restarted the app with no success. 
It’s unfortunate to no be able to access the information needed. Luckily, I was able to request the information be sent by email.

VRBO is charging ridiculous prices to clean places we stay at. I believe they charge you daily for service provided only once when you leave. They also make you clean up even though you paid a cleaning deposit. I used to like this service. I won’t be using it again.

### ***** "Peaceful way to end a tumultuous year."
Our stay was perfect. We even bought a seafood boil home and cooked in the spacious kitchen,  the bedroom with the king size bed was a treat, we loved eating our lunch at the picnic table. The park down the road was perfect for painting. We would love to come back - it felt like home away from home.

We loved staying in this cabin for our visit to Blowing Rock and Boone. It was the perfect location to access both of the towns easily. The house was so cute and extremely clean. The beds were comfy and the house was well stocked with supplies. Our kids loved the hot cocoa bar and we enjoyed games and movies by the fireplace. So many cute touches to this house, we will be back!

Beautiful condo and only a short Uber ride to Broadway and Gulch neighborhood. Due to the winter temperatures we opted to not walk. In the event your cleaning company has not informed you, the hall bath toilet seat needs tightened and your toilet paper holder is loose. Everything was fabulous. Highly recommended! Thank you!

This is my first time trying to use this app to book a vacation, and I will definitely stick with Airbnb next time because this app is absolutely pathetic. They advertise live agent support, and the only thing you can actually do is talk to a virtual agent which is worthless. Paid $1800 to book a place and I get a receipt showing I paid $280. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone to change my email address, I get logged in under the new email address and my booking is not there. Would not recommend using these people for vacation at all, stick with Airbnb.

I rented a townhome in Panama City for fall break. The property advertised use of a golf cart. Upon arrival host stated he changed his mind on this two weeks ago. Then after walking through the property black mold was throughout. Filth. Disgusting. We had to try and relocate. Vrbo sided with host even with text and pics to prove. This cost us over 1100 dollars not to mention the money we payed to the clean non Vrbo rental down the road.

You type in the date you are vacationing. They send you properties/hoteles,etc…but when you look at the properties you have to check the availability for each one. I looked at 15 properties with the date range i was vacationing and had to individually see if they were available. Time consuming and frustrating, rendering the app USELESS!

I used Vrbo more often than Airbnb, but I have chosen otherwise only because last year I booked a VRBO that was not at all what I expected. I paid a fortune and I booked it for 10 days no pots no pans it was filthy. Air filter was dirty. The whole place was disgusting. I contacted Vrbo 24 hours into it. They said they have my back all this. I booked another Vrbo with them through them. I ended up getting screwed out of $1600 and a huge headache and so as I look and compared the two companies does not have your back anymore and you can talk to people that have Vrbo’s and have had for a long time and I just compared the websites searching in the same area and my options are pretty much… nothing and by the way, this keychain amount of money that you really never kind of show when you can use it seems like really a nice bottle of wine possibly
