## VRTO Reviews in Australia

### *---- "No working at all"
I’ve not been able to use this app to track any of my workouts. The first week there was a glitch that support was unable to fix and this week I am unable to enter any details at all. Defeats paying for an app?!? I’ll just go back to using old school programs
-- Coopsandkenz, 2026-05-07

### **--- "Not traditional Mark Carroll"
These programs are NOT traditional Mark Carroll elite training programs . I’ve been using MC Male Method programs for years. These are sub standard and cookie cutter protocols, which is very disappointing considering the cost of the app.
The app itself has potential for beginners who want an all in one app to understand a calorie deficit and a general program to initiate weight loss.
Targeted to beginners and feel that the long term advanced MC following has been abandoned.
-- Budge45, 2026-03-14

### *---- "Impossible to cancel"
You cannot cancel this app…. At least not easily. I have been trying for weeks once I realised it wasn’t for me (too many bugs) and you can’t cancel the normal way and I have been emailing and getting either ignored or the run around. STILL paying after four weeks of trying to cancel and getting no direct answers from support .

### ***** "Loving some of the new stuff"
Wee bit of a bumpy ride to start with, but feels like these guys have listened to user feedback and made some really good changes since launch. Way more stable experience, and the workout log is probably how the best I’ve ever used. Food logging still has a couple little wrinkles I’ve noticed, but the blend of flexible dieting and meal plans is pretty top notch so can’t really complain!

### ***** "Obsessed 🤩"
Obsessed with the new VRTO app 😍 Super clean, easy to use, and makes training so simple. Everything flows really nicely, the sessions are clear and easy to follow and progress, and it actually makes you want to open it and train and track all the metrics including nutrition!!

Massive shoutout to Mark & Lauren, you’ve absolutely nailed this 👏 You can tell so much thought has gone into every detail. It’s like having a personal coach in your pocket Such a vibe and such a game changer for staying consistent and motivated.

Highly recommend 🙌

### ***** "Nothing like it on the market!"
From the variety of programs to the tastiness of the meal plans - this app has thought of it all. The onboarding questions makes it clear that the developers have clearly tried to get to know me and what my goals are, and subsequently ensured what I’m recommended helps me achieve that. It’s helped get my training back on track.

### *---- "Clearly no testing done"
So many bugs, how this was rolled out for public to pay subscriptions is beyond me. Issues with logging meals, swapping meals, sound cutting into music playing during workout, step counts - basically every component that would make this a good app isn’t working.
