MEMBERSHIP TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Start your VSCO membership with a free 7-day trial. Once the trial is over, you’ll be charged an annual subscription fee. Your VSCO membership will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your Settings > iTunes Account & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage your membership and turn auto-renew off. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

Cant even open app to enjoy my paid membership

App keeps shutting itself straight after opening. This is the kind of atuff im paying for 💯😮‍💨🙌

BEWARE

Clicked on for the 7-day trial only to find they charged me instantly for the monthly $19.99 fee. Deceptive practices and I will be following up with my card provider and Apple

Disappointed

As many of the more recent reviews I have been using this app for years. With over 750 photos on my phone edited with it. Upon getting a new phone and having to redownload the app I can see I’ll need to subscribe to use the app the same way I have done for years. Time to find a new go to editing app I guess

LOVE but..

VSCO I am BEGGING please have the option to select more than one photo to delete on the feed?!!! So time consuming wanting to clean up the profile without it.

Video quality really poor

I loved this app but for some reason in the past few weeks the video quality has been horrible. As soon as I import something it’s really blurry. Please fix soon, I’d rather not change apps.

All videos are compressing terribly.

Cannot edit any videos on a paid subscription. They are compressing worse than what any social media service would do. Sort it out guys. We pay good money for this service!

Low Quality

This morning my videos are all exporting very low quality or not letting me edit at all

Sharing buggy

Can’t share from the photos app to edit anymore. It’s been broken for a while and still not fixed.

Adding premium features behind a paywall is cool, taking away all the standard features that have been there since day one is insulting. Bye.

Used to be good

Have been a loyal vsco user for years, now asking us to pay an extortionate amount for their subscription is extremely disappointing. Paying isn’t the issue, it’s the ridiculous price point
