Buggy update

Latest version so buggy. Even normal scrolling and opening photos inside the app will stutter.

Buggy

I’ve been a vsco user for years and the recent update is my worst experience so far, there’s so many bugs and laggy please bring back the old vsco that we love.

Poor UI/UX on both app and webapp.

I can't see my video in the gallery even though it appears on a web browser. Studio mode for video in webapp is non-existent. I've paid for subscription and this is the quality? Also I can't edit my birthday. What gives?

Payment deducted & no features & bad service

Raya-00192 on

Singapore

Do not take annual subscriptions as VSCO is unlikely to help out if you are unable to access the paid features. The most unhelpful customer service. I was using VSCO for years, and suddenly had an issue where VSCO had deducted the annual payment and I’m unable to use any features, so I reached out to customer service and spoke to Ken from their team. It has been over 30+ days, and I have been logged out of VSCO, they have deducted the payment and they are not willing to help me to fix any of the bugs im facing with the VSCO App. Its upsetting as I truly love this editing app, but they are leaving with me no choice but to leave the app , after making an annual payment that expires on 2025.

Getting worse

Started great, slowly became worse. Buggy, slow, poor UI, and they have the cheek to increase their subscription. I was more than happy to delete and unsubscribe.

Slow app creates a frustrating user experience

I have been using vsco for years and loved the older version where we could copy edits directly on the original photo itself instead of having to save a new photo altogether. It meant needing to bulk import all the photos or videos I needed to edit and saving each photo one by one because a bulk save would not work no matter how many times I tried and I was using a new iPhone 15 pro max phone with brand new storage space. App takes a forever to load and I have to keep restarting the app!!! The worst thing is when I try to save my edited videos, somehow the first few seconds of the video drop frames by itself and it results in a jerky first few seconds before it transits into a normal smooth video. I have read on forums that this is a known problem for vsco users but no fix has been done yet!

new vsco update

i’ve been using vsco for years and have it linked in my insta bio! But i was really sad when i realised that vsco updated the app so that when anyone clicks the link on my bio to see my vsco profile, they would have to log in or sign up to see my pictures!!! how is anyone going to see my nice pictures now!! :(

Charged me twice and PRO still unlocked

Please fix my account— i subscribe on yearly yet the features are still locked. seriously guy, wth.

Not possible to bulk select items

noddy168 on

Singapore

There’s no option to quickly select a range of photos. So if you want to select say 100 photos, you have to click on them individually (instead of say dragging across the photos you want to select). This is an extremely cumbersome process. And it doesn’t look like they are interested in implementing this common feature either which is mind boggling. VSCO still has the best filters of any app out there but I am forced to switch to something like Darkroom (and actually pay a higher subscription) because VSCO doesn’t have this one simple feature.
