Start your VSCO membership with a free 7-day trial. Once the trial is over, you’ll be charged an annual subscription fee. Your VSCO membership will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your Settings > iTunes Account & App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage your membership and turn auto-renew off. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.

Paid for Filters, Now Locked—Support Ignores My Emails
I’ve been a long-time user of VSCO and years ago I purchased all available filters, including the A6 filter, as a one-time purchase. Recently, I returned to the app only to discover that I no longer have access to the filters I paid for, and now they’re locked behind a subscription.
To make matters worse, I’ve reached out to customer support twice about this issue, and both times I was completely ignored. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It feels like I’ve been cheated out of what I rightfully paid for, and the lack of response from the support team only adds insult to injury.
I hope others take note of this before deciding to invest in this app.
Charge money with no free trial
I was gonna try the app — as you say! — for 7 days for free and after pay for subscription. They charged me money with no extra 7 day or free trial.
The app is not working for the last week

Sanctions?
I have been using this app for many years, I have a purchased membership, but for the past year, I have stopped seeing images. Recently, customer support told me that this is due to sanctions. As I understand it, all of Ukraine is under some sanctions that I literally can't find any information about anywhere. This is a very strange decision, and I don't see any justification for it.
P.S. no, I’m not in restricted country or region, that’s the point.

Slow, laggy, constant crashes.
Was subscribed for years, but whole 2024 I just can’t use app because of bugs.

Made a subscription, got charged and the subscription was never activated. Tried to “restore” it multiple times with no luck.
Customer support didn’t help and closed my ticket.
