The company response was “our batteries do go bad”. Really?! -- jfleskes, 2023-09-19 ### *---- "An absolute scam" Never buy anything from this company. I ordered a pair of glasses from them, which they took a month to ship. Once the box arrived, it was empty. Despite photos and evidence from USPS, Vue refused to refund my several hundred dollars (!). This app also doesn’t even work, as the other reviews describe. Would not recommend Vue to my worst enemy. -- Katherine F., 2023-05-19 ### *---- "Pointless app" It won’t pair with my glasses so I’m not sure what good it even is. 🙄 -- eeeppppiiiccc, 2023-03-05 ### *---- "No APP for VUE Lite 2" I bought these expensive glasses thinking there was an app for them. Now the APP has been “coming soon” for MONTHS. Bad business, very disappointed. UPDATE: VUE is still advertising their “app capabilities” with VUE Lite 2…except there is NO VUE Lite 2 app. -- tripleoption, 2022-06-06 ### *---- "Won’t recognize glasses" They won’t connect even after I follow website instructions Just says Oops!! -- Shaunefree, 2022-04-21 ### *---- "iPhone 12 Pro Max - app won’t connect" I can’t connect to the app with my iPhone. I have done the reset the Vue 2 lite glasses , per the app instructions. I can pair the phone with blue tooth but I want to use the app , to monitor my progress with workouts etc . I can’t find any documentation assisting with the app working with my iPhone , which has the latest updates etc . -- GHOST ALPHA, 2022-03-09 ### *---- "Errr…." Switched from android to apple and the apple app won’t start past the login. Once signed it it just crashes. -- jeremyreger, 2021-08-24 ### ***** "Finally! Ver 1.2.5 Did it!!! Yeah!" I’m FINALLY able to connect to my iPhone! Version 1.2.5 worked! I did delete the prev app & reloaded it to prevent any residual issues. I can FINALLY listen to audiobooks, music, etc while gettin’ work done!! I spec’d my nearsighted Rx in for the lenses, so I can really see too! So thrilled!! As early adopter of bone conduction technology, I’m hoping there’s continued future audio improvements to increase adoption. Re the lenses, would be great if frames were built to allow my preferred Optician to insert lenses. Otherwise, great job Vue! Keep it going! -- pblossom, 2021-04-10 ### *---- "Broken app" No information seems to be stored if the glasses are disconnected from the phone. If I need to charge my glasses I need to redo the pairing every time to get the sensors to connect. If I close the app I have to redo the pairing. If I restart the phone, redo pairing. Guess I shouldn’t be too surprised for a company who’s kick starter took over three years to produce a product. -- Impchesner, 2021-03-10 ### *---- "Unable to pair" I never hear “ready to pair.” I’ll reserve judgment until I can get paired. Based on the reviews, my expectations are low. -- AmVaSn, 2020-10-15 [View all Vue Smart Glasses reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Vue Smart Glasses -
