For example, parents are able to choose and select, DRM-free movies on a connected tablet with the app. You can even share the same movie with another tablet that has the app in the vehicle. What’s more, those with the VW Media Control app in the car can stream their favorite DRM-free songs from their compatible smartphone, SD card, or USB drive to make a shared playlist that is as unique as the road-trip or destination itself. From the app, you can also see your vehicle’s current position, the distance to the destination and the remaining driving time on the display. So the question "Are we there yet?" can be answered within a blink of an eye. When connected to the internet, you can search on your compatible mobile device for locations, an address from an appointment calendar, or the phone book and easily transfer them as the destination to the vehicle’s navigation system. Don't worry - you can control settings from your vehicle’s infotainment system to determine how the VW Media Control app can interact with the system. This VW Media Control app requires the available "Discover Media" navigation system on the 2018 Atlas SEL Premium. The screenshots shown are examples only. Appearance and content may vary from the actual VW Media Control application. DO NOT USE OR OTHERWISE ENGAGE WITH THE APP OR YOUR MOBILE DEVICE WHILE DRIVING. USERS OF THE APP SHOULD NEVER OPERATE THE APP IN A MANNER THAT IS DISTRACTING TO THE DRIVER. ## VW Media Control USA Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/d6/01/d4/d601d4de-ed55-ebe5-c399-cee55e5aae3d/pr_source.png/2732x2048.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/4b/e1/4c/4be14caa-600b-d594-10d4-7dfac0971a0b/pr_source.png/2732x2048.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/8b/27/2b/8b272b5c-b4ca-9820-e88d-1da91ba72b61/pr_source.png/2732x2048.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/17/15/d7/1715d713-9cb2-4944-b9cd-99c5a0164ee3/pr_source.png/2732x2048.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple128/v4/5e/d4/8f/5ed48f11-af10-6712-28a9-7a26037fa640/pr_source.png/2732x2048.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple118/v4/67/ab/d7/67abd730-af1f-b851-b61f-477423ef06b8/pr_source.png/2732x2048.png) ## VW Media Control USA Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 7 (19%) - 4 stars: 8 (22%) - 3 stars: 5 (14%) - 2 stars: 5 (14%) - 1 stars: 12 (32%) ## VW Media Control USA Reviews in United States ### *---- "Golf 2017 Sportwagen" I love my car so much except one thing It’s that nightmare infotainment system that lasts only 1 year, then when it’s updated, navigation stops working and I have to take it to the dealership where they charge me over $1000 for the whole panel to be replaced inside the glove box. Just why?! I’ve done that twice already first one was covered by the factory warranty, but the second time, I had to pay out of pocket because it was a legit repair according to the dealership. Why is it a repair? I didn’t break anything! it’s just a map update! I am the victim of this faulty update system of Volkswagen company because after paying for the car, why do the customers have to pay for the software updates? Raise your hand if you own an iPhone. Do you pay Apple company every time your iPhone updates? You already paid any future software updates when you purchased the phone, right? I don’t wanna replace my car because I love my Golf Sportwagen so much because of the color because of the decor I put in because of the power of its engine because of the cute spacious hatchback Volkswagen company owes me a brand new infotainment system that I never ever have to pay for any more stupid yearly updates PERIOD! -- myguardiandear5, 2024-07-07 [View all VW Media Control USA reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## VW Media Control USA Discovered Keywords - infotainment - vw media control usa ## Apps Similar to VW Media Control USA - [HDHomeRun](https://apptail.io/app/hdhomerun-Vbg/united-states) - [MT GO](https://apptail.io/app/mt-go-FqU/united-states) - [PyleAudio](https://apptail.io/app/pyleaudio-arqb/united-states) - [RealDash](https://apptail.io/app/realdash-xrqb/united-states) - [iCarPlayer](https://apptail.io/app/icarplayer-qIqb/united-states) - [Wheels ON](https://apptail.io/app/wheels-on-gEnc/united-states) - [Warner Bros.
