This app repeatedly looses gps data and stops reporting. Even though the unit in the car reports excellent gps signal. When I put in a ticket they reset their computer system and it starts working again. Horrible device, even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY this unit. You'll be sorry.

The original App worked great. This new 2.0 has problems. After installing the new 2.0 I no longer get zone notifications. I performed all the troubleshooting procedures, like turning notifications off and on, unplugging and re-plugging the device, etc. not fixed. Contacted tech support. They texted back it was fixed. I logged out and back in. Still no zone notifications! GIVE ME BACK THE OLD APP!

My family has five members, and we own 5 separate vehicles. I bought 5 separate Vyncs Basic devices to track our vehicles. I have been a customer of this brand for years. Sure, their services sometimes get spotty, but in the end, at this price, when my requirement is basic vehicle tracking, I don't think there is any other GPS tracker brand in the market that can compete with Vyncs!

I’ve been a customer of Vyncs for almost 3 years and recently added 2 additional vehicles and that’s when the problem started. I can only get email zone entry/exit notifications which are not adequate. I’ve been trying to to work with Vyncs tech support but they only allow you to text them which on a problem that’s gone on for almost two weeks is super annoying!

We have a previous account, once you didn’t renew in 10 days. You have to buy a new one , new plan, new activation fee.
The previous account, you can’t even reuse on the app. Have to get another new account with a different person. It is a mess getting time respond.
