Called while in the car park and eventually the barrier was raised. The money was debited from my account twice and although I contacted WPark and the email was acknowledged no money was refunded. I had to go through my bank to get the money back. I am deleting the app and will

You’ve read the other reviews, you know the drill. Thought it would be easy, thought I’d be automatically charged upon leaving. Nope. Apparently still parked in Car Park A despite having driven 60 miles away. Tried to pay on this god awful app, not having any of it. Now writing an email that’s going straight into the ether along with all the others. Wonder if they’ll over charge me. Wonder if they’ll ever charge me. Trash.

Didn’t even get to the point of paying for parking, but had to create an account (bit of a faff). Then got asked for card details - but don’t have a physical card with me as it’s 2024 and Apple Pay exists. 

It would have been very easy for the developers to use Sign In With Apple, and then Apple Pay, and paying for parking would be simple. But for some reason they’ve chosen to do things the user-hostile way.

not-found” and to make it all worse I can’t delete cards either. Terrible all around. Reviews all terrible wince January at least - we know how Westfield feels about customers I guess.
