Awful App

App always has glitches which makes it harder to order than if the app just didn’t exist. A capable company should make an app rather than people with contacts within Newcastle nightlife industry.

Easy to use very convenient

Doesn’t work. Complete waste of time

Clunky and unreliable

No option to order multiple places, so more fees, and often crashes half way through. Used to be better. Disappointing.

Good but has flaws

Generally works well, but for some reason wouldn’t let me continue using the app after placing an order - was stuck in the order section. I had to close the app and start it back up before being able to order more items.

this whole idea makes eating out not worth it

i went to a great venue where every vendor used this poxy app and it took me 20 minutes of verifications, adding cards and generally hating the place before i could place an order where a card or god forbid cash payment would have left me a happy chappie! the internet connection was slow amd having to use this app tainted the whole evening

So convoluted and complicated, all I wanted was some food. No wonder the economy is tanking with apps like this to spend money

Awful app

Horrendous app. At a place with only 5 options. Wanted a pint from one, cocktail from another and food from 2 different vendors. App doesn’t let you go back to choose something else. Randomly freezes. Asks for a tip before you’ve even had your food????? Aye lads have 10% despite the fact the food took 40 minutes when the app said 10. Feels like covid times. Horrendous.

An appalling app

Still owes me 7 pounds 30p from the last Newcastle game
