### ***** "2 weeks in. Worth every penny!!!"
I wanted to use the app/program for 2 weeks before I wrote a review.  This is 5 stars for sure! If nothing else, the meal plan is awesome… and that alone is worth the money.
MEAL PLAN: it breaks your meals down (nutritional info), offers a grocery list (selectable days/week), it has good recipes with options for alternatives, and everything I’ve made thus far tastes good. 
WORKOUT: the videos are easy to follow and understand if you’re not familiar with the exercise, there’s a huge number of exercises, you can use alternatives, there’s a home vs gym option, the reps/weight is editable with a note section to refer to as you progress. 
MEMBERS ONLY:  I truly don’t use all the features, but I can see how others can benefit from things like “daily motivational” videos.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: has been great! During the onboarding… I’ve been helped, had questions answered quickly, and asked for some adjustments to the first plan that was made.  All things were handled quickly, professionally, and politely. 
OVERALL: worth every penny!

I’ve been training solidly for the last 6 years and I’ve not come across a fitness app I can follow with ease until now. The interface flows like water and the training is stellar and the right kind of challenging lead by celeb Joivan Wade and celeb trainer Lorenzo. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

I’m already seeing results! Started using this app a few weeks ago and the results are coming! More energy has been on 10 this week. Easy to use, inspiring, and it works. I’ve had several in person trainers and something about this program makes me feel like I’m taking more ownership of my body goals. I think this is exceptional. It’s solid. Full on tailored workouts to specific goals. It has everything. I didn’t expect the dine in and out options. That’s the bonus there for me. Meals that make me happy and keep targeting my goals is what it’s about coz that’s where even my clients fail. The workouts are easy to follow and engaging. The motivational tools are great for downtime to solidify your mindset. Highly recommend.

I’ve started my fitness journey a couple months ago, and it was hard for me as I didn’t know anything about working out and how I could really achieve my goals since I was new to all of that. I started using this app and now I can see so much improvements and progress on how I exercice. 

It’s really easy to use which I LOVE and the personal trainers are amazing, I learn and understand the exercices very fast because they demonstrate how to do the work. But when it’s too hard it’s very convenient that I can take an exercice off and there is plenty of others I can do that still helps for my goals. 

You can track basically everything in your journey and there is the meal plans that is one of my favorite features as I just moved out and I’m able now to cook for myself and the app helps to know the ingredient and make a shopping list which is very convenient. 

I love and recommend this app for every person who wants to start their journey and don’t really know how to start and what to do exactly, just like me because it really changed everything and I’m improving so much and feel way better now that I’m using it!!! so definitely deserve 5 stars

Pregnancy + Pandemic + WFH means I gained the COVID 19lbs. I was looking for a new fitness App to help jump start my journey back to my pre pregnancy, Pre Covid, Pre work from home weight. I just added my details and what my workout goals are and am already excited to start. This app is totally for ME. I have a lot of things I don’t like or things I won’t eat, and I don’t really cook so love seeing the eating out options. 

Today marks the first day of my journey and excited that I found this app…doesn’t hurt that it’s with one of my favorite DC characters!!!

Meal plans. Customizable meal plans. Huge. Joivan and Lorenzo have the best most infectious energy. Fun and EFFECTIVE to have them motivating. All the workouts have solid and clear instructions. Facebook group is awesome for accountability. Just super easy to use and adjusts the intensity to my goals. Love it. 5 stars.
