## Wagoneer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible app"
Worst car and app ever owned. Don’t buy a Wagoneer
-- Tgodsh45, 2025-09-20

### *---- "Crashing when looking for dealer.."
This app is terrible. After a remote start, it will not allow doors to be opened. Now when I try to schedule service it says I don’t have a dealer. When I try to search for a dealer it only gives the option to “send and Go” not save as my dealer. For the cost, I expect more.
-- Am I the genius?, 2025-09-12

### **--- "Face ID doesn’t stick"
3+ years with this app (same for Ram app) and the constant reset of Face ID is sad. Not like this doesn’t cost hundreds of dollars a year for connected services.
-- Rize of the Fenix, 2025-09-03

### *---- "Worthless app"
This app has historically worked about 6% of the time however the reason for downloading like remote start has never worked. Now it won’t even allow logging in. Worthless
-- )5651, 2025-08-22

### *---- "Commands do not work"
Cannot start or unlock the car from the app.
-- AissaAce, 2025-07-03

### **--- "Crashes constantly"
Helpful functionality but it crashes on almost every launch - generally the launch following a crash works but overall seems poorly built
-- sherminator1290, 2025-06-12

### *---- "2025 wagoneer"
App is connected, shows the jeep and stats but no start stop lock unlock functions work
Disappointing.
-- Jeep 25, 2025-06-09

### *---- "Missing Connect Options & Features not working"
I received an app update on June 5, 2025. I am no longe seeing the remote option to lock and unlock my car, or remote start.
I clicked on the assistance option and clicked on the call buttons and that is not working or even showing me the phone number to call.
It is so confusing on which option to choose to call for issues and questions between Mopar, Wagoneer Customer Service or UConnect.
-- LuvBingMom2, 2025-06-06

### **--- "Remote Start Dosen’t Work"
My dealer gave me a service bulletin that described an issue with vehicles with the letter X in the 9th position causing the all remote start function not to function. It’s ridiculous to buy a $100,000 vehicle and this can’t be corrected.
-- #1 Rooster, 2025-04-25

### *---- "Need improvements"
App is very slow and constantly shows errors and does not work half the time.
-- crw1969, 2025-02-20
