Vouchers worthless
As a regular Waitrose shopper, all you get is 2 50p vouchers a week to select from for products that you barely buy. If you expect actual royalty card to pay off look for a better shop.
Pointless and negative vouchers to boot!
Really don’t see the point. No vouchers or savings despite considerable spend. Currently showing -1 vouchers! There are some apparently relevant delays available but just doesn’t work.
Dishonest
Ordered a pack of 1.2kg chicken breast (priced 6.63/kg). Received an email saying that the item was no longer available and got offered ONE pack of 600g, so half the size, instead. Logically they could’ve sent 2 packs of 600g to make 1.2kg but instead I got sent only one 600g pack (Priced 7.92/kg). So I got offered half of the amount of chicken I wanted for a higher price per kilo! Very dishonest. Also the fact that they have the highest delivery fees in the market doesn’t help. Shoutout to the driver that was helpful though.

I am a consistent customer in Waitrose London and Oxfordshire. My average spend in both locations is approx £100 + Whenever I try to use my discount vouchers , it is complicated and time consuming, which invariably holds up the customers in the queue then I don’t bother! A lot of the time your excellent staff also find it difficult to assist - it is a long winded process. Please simplify as it leaves one feeling ‘what is the point of vouchers’!
Vouchers do not work with the latest update
Waitrose, you owe me £1. I selected two vouchers to use on my order, but two completely different ones which I had not seen before were offered instead. Obviously I could not use these - frozen peas and Domestos, neither of them likely to be ordered any time soon. Raised as a technical issue on in app feedback.
Apps not bad but vouchers are rubbish
Sadly the vouchers are very disappointing
Personalised vouchers gone for weeks at a time
Sometimes, for no explained reason, I don’t get any options to use Personalised vouchers for weeks and the only options are two useless Complimentary vouchers for products I’d never consider buying. Today it is own-brand Night cream and surface wipes
Waste of time
This app is a massive disincentive to shopping at Waitrose.
Scan pay go
Great to have the facility to scan pay go. Unfortunately my local Waitrose seems to be in a local black spot so half way through my list it reverts to some data gobbly gook this making the scan bit useless and thus reverting to tried and tested normal checkout.
