You’re an amazing brand which me and my peers have leaned (read:slept) on over the years, but these AI products of yours aren’t doing enough justice. If you’ll wait for 8Sleep or other competitors to get into nearable sleep tracking or sleep improvement solutions, I’m afraid you’ll get blown out of the water and won’t be able to see ~40-50% revenue contribution form these products in the near-to-mid term, citing your founders recent article. Carpenter told the defect is unrepairable. Nothing happened for 2 weeks, and I have done multiple follow ups and upon each follow up I was told that I will get sone update on replacement. After 2 weeks I was told that there needs to be carpenter visit again. Again carpenter told same thing that defect is unrepairable. Again no response, upon multiple follow up I got this mail that I need to provide pictures again, which was provided 3 weeks back. What is the point of moving circle. I am continuously following up with customer support and escalation DL but not getting any concrete reply even after 2 carpenter visit. Its been more then 1 month and there is no action, but false promises. Now we are getting products on higher price and And on top of it they deducted money from refund as well . Such ##### . They are cheat and fraud .
