This app trully changed my life. It’s packed with knowledge and guided meditations. Sam is a great teacher. I recommend going through the entire introductory course, multiple times if needed.
this app helped ne start meditating for the first tine in my life
I downloaded the app just to learn that there is no single minute of content for free. Even though some courses have the lock symbol and some don't, so you would expect that some are free and some aren't, but at the end you learn that it is just some unfair technique to finally get the money from you.
If you really want to learn how to meditate step by step and get some theory + interviews with interesting people, this app is for you

I'd like to say, that Waking Up has changed my life. But that's not possible, as I've learned in the app. You can only change the way how you react to your life. But it has definitely changed my mind. I've been maditating for years before I've discovered Waking up, and never got to the bottom of it. It became the part of my daily rutine and everyday I skip I can actually feel less mindful. This is the only app you truly need in your phone 🤍
Lots of interesting and inspiring speakers. Possibility to download the playlists and listen to them offline is really helpful.
The app is really user friendly, but what’s far more important for me is that I finally feel like I understand meditation for the first time in my life. Like I really get what it’s meant for and am actually getting something out of it rather than just going through the motions and waiting for things to change. Really great app for those wanting to deeply understand the science and purpose behind meditation.
