I started Sam Harris’ introductory Waking Up course a couple of weeks ago and I can say, without hesitation, that it is the best guided meditation course that I have come across. What makes it so exemplary is the ease with which it puts each mediation in the greater context of mindfulness and how quickly and easily it has enabled me to integrate the sessions in my everyday life. Things an exceptional gift. I am also able incredibly thankful for the scholarship programme because, as an unemployed person, I simply can not afford the subscription at this time. Conversely, I feel like I can not afford to not have this practice in my life.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now, I’ve always loved it and shared with everyone. It is only recently where I returned to the introductory course in an effort to complete it and… 🤯🧘🏻🤯 it is so worth it! Section 3 is where things really got profound for me. Sam has an incredibly clear way to guide, with no fluff pointers. I just wanted to post here for anyone that might read, incase you’re like me and skip the intro, if you do the theory bit and the meditation it’s still only around 15 min a day but the reward unimaginable. Wishing you a kindly calm day ✌️

No other App compares to this one when it comes to the way the sessions are structured, the options for background noise and the bell, as well as the progression it takes you on. I’ve tried many Meditation Apps, and have been meditating since 2004, and no other App has come close to this one. Grateful for the consciousness backing the insight!

Downloaded the app with the promise of free trial period, cancel any time. Used for a 2 days and then realized it had no value for me. Followed their instructions to cancel the subscriptions days before the trial period ended. Still got billed! So had to waste my time to get a refund and then was refunded a lesser amount than was deducted from my account! Warning! Beware of even the free option if you want to avoid a headache
