App is super easy, only I lost too much time trying 4 times to upload 150 photos from the start-because every time screen goes off (sleeping) , loading stops and have to start all over again. Last time I keep touching the screen every 20sec while loading photos and finally succeed!
It would be great if I could just sign in and order my refills or check my status, without having to verify my identity every single time I use the app. Why have a password if I still have to verify? It is annoying.
Does not open been that way for months

It has taken over an hour to order two items for store pick up! Talked to at least four different people.
My mom was sick and I was able to hop on this website and quickly order medication for her and my nephew without any issues. Definitely recommend!
