Great place

Great service and awesome food.

Submits order but restaurant doesn’t receive it

The app started glitching recently. My last couple orders went through, my card was charged and DoorDash went to pick them up only for the restaurant to tell them they never received the order. The report an app issue button is a dead link.

Reward

I have 2 rewards on my account. I tried to use one of them and the app did not take my payment. As soon as I removed the reward, the payment went through.

Nearly impossible to navigate

I LOVE Walk-On’s but unfortunately I also HATE this freaking app!!! Trying to modify or edit items took forever and for whatever reason I have not ever been able to redeem my rewards for the mozzarella cheese logs which is super disappointing. It took me 3 attempts to place my last order and it had nothing at all to do with my method of payment, it just either froze up or gave me some weird error code to the point I almost just went from somewhere else. Luckily I said I was gonna try it one last time and it went through. I was really excited when I first saw there was a new Walk-On’s app because I live less than a mile away and normally if we order out, I always suggest Walk-On’s first so I hope this gets ironed out! Thanks so much!!!

Gift Cards??

Received two gift cards for Christmas, so I wanted to order take out tonight. There is no option to pay by gift card on the app nor the website. So that’s a little tragic and I hope not on purpose, bc that would be crappy. Also for everyone else. This is an APP review…. Not a place to review your service and your local place. Please stop.
