## WalkFirst Description
Walk First. Scroll Later.

WalkFirst turns your daily steps into screen time. Set a step goal, start walking, and unlock your favorite apps as you move. No willpower tricks, no accounts, no sign-ups — just real steps for real screen time.

HOW IT WORKS

Earn screen time based on your progress:

• 50% of goal = 10 minutes unlocked
• 75% of goal = 15 minutes unlocked
• 100% of goal = Unlimited access for the day

The more you walk, the more you earn.

SMART APP BLOCKING

• Block distracting apps like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• A distraction blocker that only unlocks when you walk
• Daily reset every morning — start fresh
• Earned time tracking throughout the day
• Flexible schedule — Everyday or Weekdays Only
• Works with Apple Health and Screen Time

You choose which apps to block. You decide how much to walk. A smarter app restriction system — no extreme measures, just real accountability.

Set rules to limit screen time and reduce screen time naturally through movement — not willpower.

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR DIGITAL HABITS

Endless scrolling leaves you foggy, drained, and unproductive. WalkFirst helps you break free. Spend more time offscreen and be present in the moments that matter. Refocus your attention on what's important by earning your screen time through real physical activity.

VISUAL PROGRESS DASHBOARD

• Weekly, monthly, and yearly step tracking
• Home Screen widgets — steps and earned time at a glance
• Daily goal progress bar
• Earned screen time overview
• Calendar streak tracking
• Achievement milestones to stay motivated

See how far you've walked and how much clean time you've reclaimed. Track your digital detox journey day by day.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY

WalkFirst reads step data from Apple Health and manages app limits through Screen Time. Your data stays on your device. No accounts, no third-party tracking, no servers.

WHO IT'S FOR

Perfect for anyone dealing with phone addiction and looking to build healthier digital habits — students staying focused during study, professionals cutting distractions at work, parents setting a walking challenge for their family, or anyone who simply wants to walk more and scroll less. Be a habit builder, not a habit breaker.

## WalkFirst Reviews in India

### ***** "Finally something that actually works"
I’ve tried screen time limits before and always ended up ignoring them. This app is different where you actually have to walk before your apps unlock.
My screen time dropped from 4 hours to under 2 hours in the first week.
It's really simple and effective
-- Jish_13, 2026-04-07

### ***** "Great app to stay Active"
This app is really good it motivates me to walk more and reduce unnecessary screen timings and also helps me to build good habits
-- Foram vyas, 2026-04-03

### ***** "Good concept, clean design"
The Ul is clean and easy to understand. Set your goal, pick apps to block, start walking. No complicated setup. The progress dashboard looks great. Would be nice to have an Apple Watch app in the future but works well as is.
-- Robby_93, 2026-03-30

### ***** "Walk more scroll less woww! Love this concept."
I set a 5,000 step goal and blocked Instagram and WhatsApp and it’s honestly been really motivating. Now I actually look forward to my morning walk because i know I’m earning my screen time. It’s a simple idea but it really helps stay active and more disciplined during the day.
