The 'Your Progress' section tracks the distance you've walked, steps you've taken and length of walk to help record progress in health & fitness programs, whether in local lockdown, UK holiday, travel staycation or day-trip visit to London.
The latest addition, Public Walks, allows tourist destinations & attractions to create themed walks with unique information that might not be available anywhere online or in books. These walks are free to explore - allowing you to find nature trails, history walks, garden guides, city tours & more. Go on a ‘walk near me’ anywhere in the UK & Walkfo does the rest, creating an audio tour to enjoy a walk safely & in the moment, engaged with the hidden world of history, culture & local places of interest - and if you 'bump into' a themed walk, Walkfo will let you know and allow you to join that walk.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:
In the preferences menu, you can choose to:
+ Set walk distance target: the longer your walk / larger the radius, the more information will be gathered
+ Regions facts: turn on / off the most general information about the area (county or major city level, for example)
+ Area facts: turn on / off local area information about the area (town or borough level, for example)
+ Plaques facts: turn on / off plaques information (plaques may have very simple details)
+ Fact intensity: set how often you hear more general facts if you are not close to a 'spot'
+ Walk-past sensitivity: set the proximity sensitivity to a 'spot' to trigger the audio (closer is better for cities / farther is better for countryside)
+ Reset 'played' facts - remove the 'remembered' facts that won't get played again in your app
+ Add and remove 'public walks' manually
