## Walk.in Reviews in United States

### *---- "Waste of time"
I would like to give it zero stars
-- Tmdr16, 2024-12-10

### ***** "So Convenient!"
So nice to not carry keys anymore! I have been using for months and it has been 100% reliable. The complaints about “what if I have a dead phone battery” are silly. Be a responsible adult and charge your device.
-- Hoodoo45, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
I still don’t have access to the garage where my car is because this app doesn’t work. Apparently the concierge “can’t help me” and I have to wait for the leasing office, but I have to work during those hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, dead phone battery? Left your phone in your apartment? Don’t own a smart phone? You just don’t have access to your own home
-- katparkk, 2024-08-12

### *---- "Sign Up Experience Doesn't Work"
Sining up for the app requires a code sent via SMS that never arrives. Impossible to login or use
-- Strategy85, 2024-07-18

### *---- "Terrible"
No way to add visitors. Called support and it was like some guys personal voicemail.
-- BenR1990, 2024-07-18

### *---- "This key app works when it wants to"
Some days i can get into my buildings gym. Others i cant. Its mixed bag.
-- LizLemon198411, 2024-06-24

### *---- "Apple Watch version now"
Same thing everyone else said when I get home at night my phone is dead or almost dying. And I don’t even have a working key fob since the first day I moved in Dec 1. Will I be getting my fob because I know one day my phone is gonna die and I don’t want to be locked out plz
-- Anne Bellazon, 2023-12-12

### **--- "Me"
I dint know how to get in
-- Fireball4601, 2023-11-21

### *---- "Unable to get it uploaded"
What is suppose to make life easier has become a nightmare.
-- patsy195, 2023-07-25

### *---- "DOES NOT WORK"
Goldfarb is always trying to change something that doesn’t need to be changed. You guys ever heard of if “it’s it’s not broken don’t fix it”. This app doesn’t work for anyone I know. Then when someone phone dies how would they get into their place.
