In addition, I provided a contact for an official electronics repair service who could confirm the truth of my words. On your part, nothing has been done to verify the truth of my words, and now I am left with a defective product, and the seller will continue to sell non-working items to other people. I am extremely outraged by this service.

Spent over 30 mins trying to log into this app. Sent round and around in circles. Login > Login failed > Reset password > Reset password failed > etc > etc. Contact Customer support just sends user back to the search product page. My wife had the same experience so this is not an isolated issue.

Missing features:
1. There is no search in the sellers profile / items
2. Can’t send attachments in chat
3. Chat has limited small number of characters
4. Auto-Translations of the chat seems to be tight to the url visiting. Should be based on user preferences
5. Suggested approach for Buying / Selling multiple items is unusable. Should be implemented “cart” style approach, where seller could offer “bulk” discount and single shipping price calculated

Bug: Submitting sellers review is not possible on iOS if comment is entered (no way to hide keyboard)
