Bank Sync is unresponsive

When clicked on ‘Refresh Now’ option under bank account, the web page that opens becomes unresponsive. As a result unable to update the bank transactions which is a biggest flaw for Lifetime membership user.

Fraud

This is app is a fraud app. Since the time i bought it the bank account doesn’t get connected. Please don’t pay for this app.

My issue

After paying also not fetching my bank debited details Showing only error … don’t loose money by purchasing this service

Scammers

Total Scammers. They lure you into 14 days trial and charge the whole amount even if you unsubscribe within few hours of trial. I followed the steps of 14 days trial which led me to make the payment of whole year. I was done with my trial within couples of minutes and tried unsubscribing but no amount was refunded. This 14 days trial was not free! This wallet is useless. They just clearly scammed me by luring with the 14 days trial and took whole years amount! This is unacceptable and outrageous. Will be reporting this scam.

Needs Bank sync support for savings accounts of all Major Banks in India 🇮🇳

Hi I’m a premium user,App is decently good & works well but recently I noticed in Indian region - savings bank accounts are not supported via bank syn option, I only see very handful. Most current accounts are supported which is good. But please add your bank sync support for savings accounts as well. Major Banks like - SBI,HDFC,Axis Bank personal , Indian bank savings account etc…. This would be much appreciated if you support bank syn. Thank you 😊

Not able to sync bank details on my phone.

I have purchased a lifetime subscription for auto sync bank details from my account but i can't sync the bank details every time i try to sync it hangs on the page that continues to sync. i think the auto sync option is not optimised for iphones

Worst Support Ever

I have a premium account and been using this app for the last 2 years… Never have i ever received a proper support from the team here. I am continuing to use it only because i paid for the lifetime membership (bad step on my part). Whenever i face any issues, i usually delete everything and start from the scratch (i don’t use many features except tracking expenses manually) (using budgets, planned payments, bank sync, etc… screws up the app most of the time - speaking from my experience with this app). A week ago, i was adding an expense on an account and the app crashed. When i started the app again, the account just vanished. Raised a ticket the same day and no update so far from them (it’s been a week now). If you are willing to use a unstable app with no support whatsoever, please go ahead and subscribe for this. Don’t fall for the modern UI look. There must be better apps and i am going to find one and delete this wallet app.
