I am from Singapore and have subscribed to premium lifetime. Have contacted the support regarding not able to sync DBS credit card transactions, but they just responded saying they won’t be able to support that. North worth being a premium for WalletApp when they can’t sync the transactions, but Spendee could do it.
I am a premium user and have reached out to the team about unable to get records from DBS credit cards. But they just mentioned they won’t support it. So I’ve paid premium for nothing
I don’t understand - my balance is going down yet the app says my balance is up +455%? Not a good app. Too bad I paid for a lifetime subscription
I’ve been thinking of subscribing to a premium membership but the only function that’s preventing me is that there’s no savings tracker. I’d really like to keep track of my savings goals as well manage my budget with one app
Premium is not worth it, especially not the one off or lifetime purchase. The syncing process takes forever due to all the verification processes which is okay, not delightful experience but I understand it. However, after going through so much trouble to sync, it worked for 1 day before I needed to sync all over again and it doesn’t even work anymore. It holds promise but the build isn’t good enough, flawed backend design, the developers need roll up their sleeves and diagnose this issue correctly and find a long term solution for it. Buggy.
It’s a very good app for tracking. Dashboard is good. The new module for tracking the stocks. I would prefer to see more functionalities 1) there is no customised reports (the filter is just temporary but very troublesome). Should allow to build a perm custom reports. 2) should have the option to track the Assets- eg Gold. 3) in the “Account setting” add a long text box for us to write details about the account.
I’ve used many different budget tracking apps in the past but this one is THE best one ever in terms of the user interface and overall design and functionality.. I used to dread logging my expenses but with this app I actually look forward to logging all my income and expenses to track my cashflow..
Been using other budgeting apps for years. Thinking to try a replacement for a refresh look because my previous apps stayed the same for too long. :-) tried several apps and found this one suit me the best. I like the interface and the amount of configuration available and able to make it work the way I want. Tried for less than a day and decided to pay for lifetime subscription. The only gripes I have is the way to add record. I want the operation to add record to be as simple as possible (least amount of click), so I created template for all my frequently used categories. The problem is the template selection button is at the top right corner of the screen, making it impossible to enter with single hand. I would like to recommend to have an option to change the behaviour of the plus button. After clicking the plus button, show a list of template (maybe most frequently used at the bottom so that easier to select, or make it configurable). This way I can easily add an entry single handed.
Dbs cannot sync
…SCAM ALERT… I had been a lifetime premium user. When one of my bank data was not being refreshed, I contacted their support and they suggested me to unsync and resync the bank. When I do that, the data becomes duplicated by adding the same bank again. The solution from their support is simply deleting the old bank account. But my old bank account had more data which was not imported after the bank as synced again as a new bank. And new bank account will add the same data again. So the statistics would be a mess and incorrect. When I explained the problem to support, they suggested solutions like manually deleting the duplicate data one by one. Then why did I bought the lifetime premium? Every time bank won’t refresh, I have to go through this weird and impossible manual data processing? So when I asked for refund they said they have a policy for refunding within 48 hours. So bottom line is I paid fully for the lifetime premium, I can’t use the app properly and they won’t fix the broken app. It’s just a SCAM.
