With WallHabit, you'll get things done: studying, sleeping at the right hour, and working will become easier in a matter of seconds. Join our community of users who have discovered how WallHabit can transform their daily routines. Why does WallHabit work? WallHabit works by using psychology to help you use technology more mindfully. Its unique feature, where you need to do something physical to unlock apps, is like a reminder to think before you use them. This is based on research showing that when there's a physical barrier, people pause and think more about what they're doing. It's called a "commitment device," which means it helps you stick to your goals and resist temptations. Also, WallHabit can block certain parts of apps, like reels and shorts, to help you stay focused. The app is designed to be easy to use, so it can help you have a healthier relationship with technology. Why Install WallHabit? - Stop Endless Scrolling: Say goodbye to wasting time endlessly scrolling through apps. - Block Distractions: Block addictive features like reels and shorts, so you can focus on what's important. - Use Social Media Wisely: Block only the parts of social media that distract you, while staying connected. - Improve Study Quality: Avoid doomscrolling and distractions during study time, leading to better concentration and learning outcomes. - Enhance Sleep Quality: WallHabit prevents those nights where you stay awake scrolling through your phone, ensuring you get the rest you need for a productive day ahead. App's key features: 1. Customizable Challenge: Set your own unlock duration by holding down the button, making it a personalized experience to unlock distracting apps. 2. Selective Blocking: Block specific distracting features within apps, allowing you to focus on what matters most. 3. One-Time Setup: Set up WallHabit once and let it work in the background, eliminating the need for constant adjustments. 4.
