## WallPictureApp Reviews in United States

### ****- "They work so hard"
I have been looking for an affordable, beautiful and versatile app to promote my paintings. This fit all the bills! Great price point, compared to many, reasonable number of room options at the base price, plus the option to buy more. Also there was one feature I wish it had, so I contacted them about free form image rotation, and they’re adding it!! Wow! So cool!
-- Ansafae, 2025-03-03

### *---- "Purchased Walls are Gone!"
I’ve been using this app for years and have purchased a total of 130 walls, all of which have now disappeared. I reached out to the developer a few months ago about this and followed his directions explicitly to restore my purchased walls to no avail. I’ve even implemented the new instructions using the filter to show only purchased walls to retrieve my previously purchased walls and they are still nowhere to be found. I have an older phone with a previous version of the app that has at least some of the walls I’ve purchased. This problem has now persisted for several months and there has yet to be an update that resolves this problem and I see other reviewers now complaining about this same issue. Glad to see I’m not the only one. I’m done talking to the developer, I’ll be reaching out to Apple for a refund, this is ridiculous.
-- Chicagogirl312, 2025-02-09

### **--- "Love the product but my subscription is not working"
I love the product and bought an annual subscription, but every time I open the app shows all credits needed for each wall and then suggests I subscribe. I already subscribed and paid. I have tried to contact them, no response.
-- sunydaze1, 2025-02-06

### *---- "Milan is GREEDY!"
Charging $20 for an app with only 20 free rooms. And now I have no access to the original 20 rooms I once had. You want me to pay for rooms ??? You are beyond greedy! Go straight to he11!
-- cheriscs, 2025-01-23

### ***** "Best app of its kind IMO"
First, I want to commend them for a great payment method - pay for what you use! A novel idea! As I have more paintings to promote, I buy more rooms, rather than a monthly fee like the other programs where I have to pay every month whether I use the program or not. (And I refuse to subscribe to)
Next, of the apps I’ve tried, this is by far the easiest to use and has all the features to do a great job of placing my art in a positive way. Quick, easy, and efficient.
But I wish it included:
More variety of rooms. I believe all the similar apps are the same in this respect. They mostly have elegant living rooms, elegant dining rooms, nice elegant shelves, all with elegant furniture and vases. But not all art goes in the elegant spaces of an elegant house. How about including more ‘average’ type rooms that looks like someone’s home that people live in. And specialty rooms such as a library, billiard room, craft room, train set room, gaming room. And other rooms like the home office, sun room, music room, man cave, she shed, and kitchen. I know there are a few of these available in this app, but very few. I have paintings that fit into man caves, studies, libraries, etc. And it’s kind of out of place sticking them in these ‘elegant’ rooms. Just one example, I have a large painting of a skull. I don’t think it’s likely that someone will be hanging that over their fancy couch in their elegant living room. Right?

### **--- "Crashes"
Drives me crazy because I have full version. Do not charge ppl for buggy products.
-- True pink, 2024-03-07

### *---- "Purchased walls disappear"
I used to love this app but recently most of the walls I purchased have disappeared. Customer service took forever to respond and their response has not helped me restore my purchases. Anyone else having trouble with purchased walls disappearing?
-- Bel art, 2024-02-18

### **--- "App not working"
When I hit the market tab where u buy walls the app immediately closes. Worked fine 2 days ago. Also I can’t enter CC info when I try and buy credits for walls on my phone. There’s no keyboard. iPhone 13. Have to purchase credits thru my laptop.
-- Electric Indian, 2023-12-02

### *---- "Size images"
Sizing images is horrible. Cannot get presice like for example 8x10 inches
-- Oldhippy60, 2023-09-23

### ****- "Could be a 5"
Great product in most respects. Easy to use. Great 'Walls'. Exporting, saving, sharing; all good. I think the product could be improved with a few features:
• Distribution button for horizontal and vertical.
• History states
• Project saving improvements
• painting or photo size display as well as overall display with matte and frame.

App is also a good value, I might add.
