## WallPixel HD Reviews in United States

### *---- "Limited to 10 Seconds of footage"
Event triggered recording only limited to 10 seconds instead of while motion is detected. Useless in event verification. XmartO said the other alternative is Full Time Recording: Totally defeated the motion detection purpose and wasting time / resources.
-- User0000A, 2025-12-17

### *---- "good Luck"
this app is one of the worst ever encountered hard to believe its even in the app library avoid this if at all possibe
-- 1st Amendment 4u, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Infuriating"
The app will not find the HDD and there is no QR code on the unit. So ready to send this thing back for the second time!
-- Hogan!!, 2025-08-12

### *---- "BUYER BEWARE"
Cannot in good faith recommend this system there’s nothing positive to say about it
And support is non existent DO NOT Waste your money
-- Shirva123, 2025-06-11

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
All my cameras are working and I can see everything , but app keeps saying cameras are offline. Restarted everything and even reinstalled cameras. Nothing. App doesn’t work. Getting a new system because they are of absolutely no help to try and fix the issue.
-- Eric sty, 2025-05-01

### *---- "App stinks"
Very poor quality app.
-- Tr8ji, 2025-03-25

### ***-- "DVR"
I feel you should be able to change up your password possibly with a code to confirm identification. That way if it has been changed the person that owns the system systems isn’t compromised.
-- High Country # 1, 2025-01-30

### *---- "Crashes in seconds, unusable"
App crashes on iPhone and iPad within seconds of launch. Unusable.
-- kb8wfh, 2024-12-09

### **--- "Now WI-FI is near nonexistent"
I have had my systematic little over a year and now the APP viewing of my cameras is no longer functional. Cameras take forever to load up and then no updating.
The WiFi is good,I have direct from gateway to router and it is good, I tried wireless and the same problem.
Gateway to TV is perfect video and control. Gateway to router and to APP just does not work anymore.
-- NEONVINCENT, 2024-10-06

### ****- "How can I reset WiFi?"
How can I reset WiFi?After changing WiFi, can’t connect the camera again, followed the instructions but can’t delete the previous account, can you tel me how to reset it?
