once downloaded, none of the bottom buttons work. i deleted and redownloaded and observe the same behavior

So slow

Trying to get anything to load takes forever. When trying to book on either app or site it stays loading

Credit card error

Will not complete a booking using the app. Says credit card authorization failed. Called my credit card company and they said the transaction was authorized but then cancelled by WallyPark. Tried a different credit card and it also failed. It’s not me, it’s you!

Ok guys

You could be faster with pick up at airport.’EVERYTHING else is well done. 3 X had to wait a bit too long. Fix that!

Does not work

I have been trying to open this app for a week. I’m glad I printed the QR before I left. App support has been absent. Fortunately I like the company because the app is useless.

Great Facility

We have always had no regrets leaving our cars at Wally Park! Good price, covered parking and the shuttles are great. Thank You!

Worst App I Have Ever Used

This app is terrible. It crashes while trying to make reservations. I did the update and now my discount is not being applied.

Garbage Design though it works

First this app is SLOW as it’s really just a wrapper over the already slow web site. But this made worse by its organization. The most important function is entering and exiting a parking garage. BUT the app buries this as deeply as possible in the UI, which is do slow it takes 2 mins to find the bar code to scan .. all the time with people waiting behind you to enter or exit. The launch screen, instead of showing bar codes, just tries to get you to buy more reservations. The app isn’t even smart enough to figure out which bar code to show .. I mean it knows the dates, but it still is clueless about what to show or when. A worthless app, it’s so bad I gave up and switched to another vendor .. yes it is that bad.

Love Wally - app/website both broken

I’ve used Wally for YEARS! Both the app and website just spin and don’t load now. I know they’re trying to streamline their service, which is smart and necessary, but now it’s not functional which is annoying and pointless. I want to book and use the discount code.

Doesn’t work

The app rarely works for me. I tried to book in the app but it didn’t work. So I booked in my account online now doesn’t show up in app. I go to past history and they all show todays date until I click into them. I tried to find a shuttle and it said sorry, can’t locate any. Totally useless app.
