I order my big order of groceries for delivery at least once a month from Walmart. It comes on time and although I don’t order fresh items often most of the time they are in decent shape. If something comes damaged or unacceptable in any way, it is very easy to return them and get a credit.

Been using the app and grocery pick up since before Covid. Latest build is so full of bugs. 1) Can’t add anything to cart - everything gives you the “unable to add to cart error” 2) when you can finally add some items, the cart randomly clears 3) Terrible timing as Xmas is around the corner and the trusted pick up option is busted. 👎🏻 Guess I’ll be taking my money and shopping elsewhere! Same for everyone else who can’t seem to get a cart full of stuff they need for the holidays… Do better Walmart!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed on your app. I ordered a formula milk for my baby and other basic necessities, and the total cost of the order was $99. I paid $89 through Apple Pay linked to my debit card because I received a credit from Klarna for $10.

My first concern was that the app indicated that my order had been delivered. However, when I checked my front door, I could not find the package. I then searched the first, second, and third floors of my building, assuming that it might have been delivered to a different unit. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate the package.

I contacted your customer service department, and they informed me that my order was not processed by your store. They stated that they would issue a refund within 4 to 5 business days. While I understood the situation, I was particularly frustrated because the formula milk was for my baby.

My second concern was the double charge on my debit and credit cards. I was charged $89 on my debit card and $59 on my credit card. I contacted Walmart via chat because the representative I spoke with seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. I attempted to resolve the problem through chat, but the chat agent informed me that my order had not been canceled. I was confused and asked why I had been charged twice. The agent simply advised me to contact my bank and disconnected the chat.

Online checkout for delivery does not work more often than it does work.  Very glitchy. Even when calling in for tech support I am told someone will email me within 24-48 hours to try and figure out the problem. Not ideal when I am wanting to purchase sale items.
