### *---- "Billed and Delivered Wrong Items Twice But Wouldn’t Admit Error"
Twice I got billed for the wrong items. The first one, they caught the error before my groceries were delivered — they removed the item I did not even order but I still got billed for it. 

The second time, they picked the wrong item but the same brand. When I brought it to customer care’s attention, they kept insisting they delivered the correct item. I sent photos and their confirmation email which clearly showed I ordered a different product. 

Apparently, both items have the same code. But after saying this, CC still insisted they delivered the correct product. We went back and forth in emails like this, until in the end it was I who gave up. They never acknowledged this mistake and never offered to replace the item. 

I have deleted their app and will stick to Landmark delivery and maybe try Pure Gold’s.

Ok na sana kaso mga inoorder ko lageng out of stock. So always ends up sobra lage bayad ko since hindi real time ang inventory nila sa app. Especially the eggs. 

Medyo hassle lang coz i need to keep track if marerefund ba sa credit card billing ko mga overpayment. Since last billing, wala pa narerefund. Will wait for my next billing if may papasok na refund.

When I sign in using apple it returns me to the sign in screen saying sign in is required. I tried logging in around 10 times but it just returns me to the log in screen

### *---- "Payment Processing Issues"
I have used their web version using my laptop to order my groceries fortnightly. I never had issues until today when I decided to use the app in my phone as I was watching the MLB Championships. I was able to place my orders and put detailed notes on some of them. I paid and received a bank notification that I have a pre-authorized charge already but the app froze without giving an order number. 

I emailed their support team to raise concern only to be advised that it is a glitch on their end without clarity as to what happened to my order. They only asked for my details and I had to ask what will happen to my orders/preferences.

Such a disappointing experience. Once I am done with this order, I am deleting this app and stick to doing my orders online. Such a waste of time and effort.

their service is good when you order pre packed items. but if you order any kind of fresh goods, like chicken, pork, beef, seafood they will give you the worst / reject items. worst after sales support

Its good and easy to navigate but I hope they can imprve in ensuring real time availability of items. I've experienced that there were quite a number of items that need to be replaced. Also, I hope they can store address so I don't need to repeat those basic information.

I always encountering problem in paying online.. 
specially yesterday the amount was deducted abut the transaction is failed. So i need to book again and just pay on delivery because im afraid that i will encounter problem again and my money will be stuck again.
