Wanderlog is a free travel app (with an optional Pro subscription) for planning every kind of trip, including road trips and group travel: create a trip itinerary, budget costs, organize flight and hotel reservations, view places to visit on a map, and collaborate with friends. Every time you add a place to visit, it’s immediately pinned on your Google Maps-based travel map. No need to pull up different travel apps and websites to organize plans and see them on a map - you can do it all in the Wanderlog trip planner app! Plus, if you’re visiting points in order, lines will connect the different pins on the map so you can see your route (perfect for road trips!). You can also export all your places to Google Maps too.

Set a budget for yourself or a group. Take control of your spending and keep track of all expenses. For a group trip, split a bill with other people and easily calculate the cost. Keep a record of who paid for what, how much everyone owes, and settle debts between tripmates.

I have been traveling a lot this year and this app has been a saving grace. I’m a visual learner so being able to see my itinerary on the map helps me immensely. It also help me track my spending do that I won’t spend more than I can afford! Highly recommend.

Great App for Planning Trips

If you like organizing every bit of your trip in advance and having all your data available in your phone, this is an amazing app! You can create different lists, plan a complete itinerary, see the best route to visit the places for each day, and much more. Highly recommend it!

Used to love it

I’ve planned 3 trips with Wanderlog so far and really loved the range possibilities it offered. But for several weeks now it won’t show distances anymore when adding a place in between others on a day. For example I wanted to add Matamata between Auckland and Rotorua. The transportation mode and distances shown before just disappear instead of updating. Even deleting the day and adding it again doesn’t fix it.

Mails are not imported

Subscribed to a pro membership for a vacation. At first everything seems to work. But now mails take ages to get imported by the gmail interface. Also a Manual forwarding of emails does Not seem to work anymore as they do not show up in the mail inbox at the app. Support Chat does not work from ios devices - when you enter a Message and submit it, it does not show up. As it's not full functional I will cancel my subscription. It's not reliable.

Wieder so eine App, bei der man nicht weiß, was man mit ihr anfangen kann oder nicht. Nicht selbsterklärend und keine ordentliche Beschreibung. Außerdem hat man beim Ausprobieren ständig das Gefühl, aus Versehen irgendwo hinzuklicken und ein sündhaft teures Abo abzuschließen.

Great experience

We loved using the app for our long travel through Asia. We had to keep track of many flights, hotels, transfers and experiences - and all this was done effortlessly. I can only highly recommend Wanderlog and we will keep using it for our travels.

Beste App seit langem

Habe noch nie ne App bewertet, aber die ist einfach klasse

Super übersichtlicher Reiseplaner!

Ich hatte keine Probleme mit der App und kann sie nur empfehlen :) Alles wird einem vom Anfang an klar und einfach erklärt, sodass man sich super schnell in der App zurecht finden kann. Ein persönlicher plus Punkt war für mich die Karte, auf welcher ich meine gewünschten Orte nochmal sehen konnte und ich visualisieren konnte, wo genau und wie weit entfernt diese voneinander waren! Genauso nützlich war die Google Maps Funktion, da man nicht nochmal selbst den Ort auf der App eintippen musste, sondern man wurde direkt von der App aus zu Google Maps weitergeleitet und der exakte Weg wurde einem schon vorgegeben. Insgesamt bin ich super zufrieden und kann’s wirklich jedem ans Herz legen diese App zu nutzen! Wer Orientierung und Ordnung im Urlaub braucht wird mit dieser App definitiv glücklich :)

Die App ist mMn super aufgebaut, komme sehr gut damit zurecht und macht die Planung so viel einfacher. Super, dass die App mit Google Maps verbunden ist.

Great app for your vacation planning

I have been using this app for our last 3 trips. I love it. You have everything you need in it. Maps integrations, reviews, list of best places, budged section so on. I would recommend it to everybody. Hats off to people behind that. Appreciate 👍🏻
