Some features in this app incorporate Apple's TrueDepth API. In order to use these features, users must agree to Warby Parker’s terms and conditions of use. Warby Parker's TrueDepth features look at multiple data points on the user’s face only while they are interacting with the tool. We do not save or store any face scan data for any user or share with any third-parties.
 
• For Virtual Try-On and Find your width, the terms are: “By tapping ‘Okay,’ you agree to give us access to your camera and to measure your facial features. (FYI: We won’t store or share these measurements – and will only collect and use them while you are using the [tool].)”
* For our Digital PD tool, we ask the user to opt-in for a second time: “By tapping ‘Okay,’ you agree to give us access to your camera and to measure your facial features. (FYI: We won’t store your pupillary distance (PD) measurement without your permission–and will only collect it while you are using the PD tool.).” Once a user agrees, we measure their “Pupillary Distance." Once we have a measurement, users can choose if they’d like to update and store this measurement with their Warby Parker glasses prescription details. If they choose to add this data to their prescription, the pupillary distance measurement is added to their Warby Parker glasses prescription details and not shared with any third-party. If they choose not to add these data to their existing Warby Parker prescription, we do not store these data or share with any third-parties.

I ordered a pair of glasses, and immediately sent an email about questions, four days later I still don’t have an answer. I hope this is no indication what it’s going to be like! I don’t even want to give you two bars!

I am walking through the mall towards the Warby from the food court in Garden State Plaza on 1/4/25. I can see the front of the store the whole way. The doors are closed and no one is inside so I stop for coffee (last year, same thing…had to wait 15:00 till they opened). I arrived for my 9:45 appointment and the doors were closed, no one around. A worker arrives and says someone will be out in a minute. A worker comes out and says they don’t see an appointment for me. I look and see a cancellation at 9:48. “You weren’t here so we cancelled.” I say “no, YOU weren’t here so I got a coffee.” She says, “You can wait to see if 10:15 comes in but we can’t take you now.” Really?? Terrible customer service!

This app is not efficient or easy to use. I believe it was intended to be easy to navigate and it is however, to actually make an order through the app…accurately…is extremely difficult. It continually asked for “PD” and “type of lenses” but even after answering several times, nothing was ever fixed. Called and spoke to someone who was helpful at the time and was assured everything is fine but the app still shows there are “issues” with the order. Very confusing and not at all helpful

I went in and shopped for frames but did not have time to placed my order as the store was busy and my time was limited. I called the customer service number and despite there were a few hiccups with the lab/order, I can say the customer service has been nothing short of AMAZING! After having an issue with my lenses visibility, I reached out to the call center and spoke to Supervisor Steve. The issue was solved in less time that it took to validate my order. This is bc Steve led with empathy and listened. Once he understood there was a service issue/failure, he QUICKLY addressed the issue and CORRECTED the issue working minutes. Hands down the best customer service!! Thanks Supervisor Steve!!

App is terrible, and delivery is almost nonexistent.

App would not use my prescription that I uploaded.  I wanted expedition delivery, but the app ignored my request. 

  I’ve been waiting for my glasses to be delivered for more than 12 days. I purchased them at the end of November. It’s now past Christmas and still no glasses. Also these glasses are horrible. My older pair I have to used never required any additional purchases nor added adjustments to feel good.
