Some features in this app incorporate Apple's TrueDepth API. In order to use these features, users must agree to Warby Parker’s terms and conditions of use. Warby Parker's TrueDepth features look at multiple data points on the user’s face only while they are interacting with the tool. We do not save or store any face scan data for any user or share with any third-parties.

• For Virtual Try-On and Find your width, the terms are: “By tapping ‘Okay,’ you agree to give us access to your camera and to measure your facial features. (FYI: We won’t store or share these measurements – and will only collect and use them while you are using the [tool].)”
* For our Digital PD tool, we ask the user to opt-in for a second time: “By tapping ‘Okay,’ you agree to give us access to your camera and to measure your facial features. (FYI: We won’t store your pupillary distance (PD) measurement without your permission–and will only collect it while you are using the PD tool.).” Once a user agrees, we measure their “Pupillary Distance." Once we have a measurement, users can choose if they’d like to update and store this measurement with their Warby Parker glasses prescription details. If they choose to add this data to their prescription, the pupillary distance measurement is added to their Warby Parker glasses prescription details and not shared with any third-party. If they choose not to add these data to their existing Warby Parker prescription, we do not store these data or share with any third-parties.

Grew up when glasses were ugly/not cool, always hating how they looked on, turning me into a life long contact lens wearer. Age has forced me into readers that my vanity will not allow. I now have 2 pairs from WP, get TONS of compliments, and can see and read at the same time and I love them. All hail WP 🤩

Cheap Quality Frames

I stupidly bought a pair of reading glasses from them mainly because I thought I’d get a higher quality frame and the fact that I liked the style of this particular frame. So I paid more for them than if I had bought them in a pharmacy but when I got them I was really disappointed in how flimsy and cheap the frames were. Really bad. Their customer service and speed of delivery was great. They just need to do better with what they provide you with

Crooked glasses

The point of ordering from here is to get wearable glasses delivered to my door. Not glasses that come with instructions to heat them up and mold to your face or take to an optical center to have shaped. Glasses are painfully crooked and look absolutely terrible. Not worth the money - I wouldnt wear these if they were free!

crappy frames

total crap. once they warp it’s game over. good luck getting them back to original fit. you can try to boiling water tips they give you but they eventually bend and flex out.

Overall the app offers a minimalistic and simple approach to eyewear. I have noticed that the app tends to freeze. That could be because of my personal device (iphone 12mini) or because of something else. Mainly during the virtual try on. Outside of that, the app lacks a lil bit of direction in terms of how to navigate. Perhaps little pop ups when exploring new pages of the app could help. Great eyewear design, plenty of options. And honestly the most afforsable/ stylish eyewear brand I've come across. I discovered them through their la centerra Katy tx location. I was themed by a young lady, kat. The company seems great to work for and are changing things up in eyewear.keep up the great work !!

Replacement glasses

Thank you for being so quick to replace my glasses. I fell on the ice and cracked the frame and lost a lense. I had to get a new script and you filled my request so quick. Will be a customer for awhile!!!

I ordered, what I thought was two pairs of glasses, for my daughter, but the gentleman only submitted an order for one pair of glasses, so my daughter is missing the main pair of sunglasses that she was wanting PLUS we lost out on the discount for ordering multiple pairs of glasses.

Frustrating

While the customer service is excellent, the issues I have had with my glasses are very frustrating. 1. First pair received had a very loose lens that felt like it was going to pop out every time I put them on/ cleaned them. 2. Got a second pair in exchange and I was having trouble with vision. I spoke to a rep and after 2 minutes consulting with an optician, they said the width I had chosen was too large and causing distortion in my vision. While I know I was the one who selected the width at purchase, my issue is that they hauled production and emailed me encouraging the high-index lenses for optimal glasses, but did not say anything about the width being incorrect for my pupillary distance—the only difference of the two was changing to high index was an additional fee of $50. 3. Third pair came the correct size for my vision to improve, but with the same issue as #1–lens is nearly falling out each time I put them on/clean them. I was told they will send me a new one but I do not want to wait another 2 weeks for another pair that might have the same issue. Again, customer service is very helpful and easy to talk to, but this is ridiculous that I have gone through 3 pairs of glasses and they are still not good. This is my last pair through WP

Every time, this company is a breeze to work with. The app is super fun for virtual try on, and has all the details needed to make a decision. Customer service is outstanding. Honestly, I wish everything in life was as easy as a Warby Parker order!!
