You’ll spend money on tomes and you won’t get them, only to have tech support tell you “we know this is an issue and we will reach out IF we decide to give you a refund” 

This is legitimate theft and you should avoid this dubious game at all cost.

Noticed a bug where tomes won’t collect all at once. You have to keep closing and opening the game to claim one tome at a time which is extremely frustrating as they get backed up fairly quickly

I had to change my 5 star rating down to a three star due to the rewards system being badly bugged. I have several (10+) tomes I haven’t been able to properly open. At first, they don’t pop up at all. Then, when the recovery system pops up, I get an error message. It’s been a pain as of late; especially with the latest season. Hoping it gets sorted out soon so that I can change all of this.

When this game came out over a year ago it was flawless and a great game. Now? I can’t play a single day without some kind of bug, glitch or error. Here are a few that I have come across

: cannot claim more than one tome without restarting the game

: the store where you buy mini’s and leaders is not shuffling correctly. It’s been 4 days of Blackrock and I have not come across a single whelp egg mini

: when I try to join a public que for raiding, it tells me to update the game before I can do that, but the game is already up to date! 

I love new content and it does make me happy when it comes out, but please, stop pushing new content and fix the hame first!

There’s no doubt it’s a fun game, but after the updates it’s become unusually hard. The game used to be able to give you a quick 10 minutes of fun before switching it off. With the new updates, you’ll need to watch video strategy, read about strategy, and do a significant amount of work just to play the game casually. If you’re a hard-core player, this is a great game for you. If you’re a casual player like myself and just like to space out a few minutes a day without having to study strategies and watch YouTube videos about how to beat bosses, this game will frustrate you beyond belief. I lose 4 matches for every 1 I win after the new update. The AI difficulty increased too much to be a casual game.

I played a lot of Blizzard games, and I don’t want to age myself here,  but the updates are killing this game. Sometimes the updates are larger than I have seen on any app, and there are days when I cannot get on—the game crashes. It’s been two weeks, waiting for an update when I can get on. In its current state, the game crashes before the splash screen finishes loading. And this has happens before…Very unprofessional, and worthy of conspiracy theories.

Blizzard again gaslighting and manipulating children from the very beginning. Oh sure, a whole button that says skip the intro when you download, but I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app tens of times and it’s never worked, I’ve been forced to watch their diversity hire nonsense over and over. My main issue is that this app is pay to win, it’s not even a game, it’s a business tool used by adults to manipulative children into thinking it’s a fair and skill based game, but like all apps on the Apple store, it’s not like it used to be where a game was an actual game, now business tools are designed to look like games, and frustrate and manipulate children into spending money. On top of that when you download the game, it then prompts you to download even MORE data thus lying to us about how big the app size is. It’s the new industry lie standard, and Apple is at the forefront of it all, allowing and enabling it. Then you have the problem with adult content in the kids game, the chicken for example is saying “come on motherf****r.” And if you try to bring it up in the blizzard forums, their censorship team immediately removed the narrative about it. Blizzard is not an American company.

As an avid player of iPhone games, I have never encountered a game as flawed as this one. With over 14 years of experience as a creator of World of Warcraft, I have high expectations for game performance, and this one falls short in every aspect. The reward system is unreliable, often failing to deliver rewards as promised. The game crashes frequently, disrupting gameplay. Additionally, the constant need to download extra data upon opening the game is frustrating, especially when it fails to resolve any issues. I am thoroughly disappointed in Blizzard's lack of attention to detail and commitment to providing a smooth gaming experience.
