App reagiert nur schwerfällig. Es fehlen in einigen Ansichten die Zurückbutton. Eigentlich unbrauchbar!

Auf dem Iphone 13 funktioniert die Zeitplanung nicht, es können entweder Mo - Fr geplant werden, Sa und So werden nicht übernommen oder bei einer 7 Tage Planung geht nur der Montag. So ist es unbrauchbar, weil Sa und So ich auch gerne automatisiert heizen möchte….

Auf dem iPhone 11 ist diese App leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Fehlerhafte Auflösung und Performance Probleme sind wohl die Ursache dafür.

Tried for 3 hours to link the app to the Fastwarm wifi thermostat. Sometimes it said weak signal and sometimes wrong password. Signal was fine and working with other apps in the same location. Password was correct too. Utterly useless garbage !!

Completely pointless app. Back button does not work, no way of exiting settings once entered. No excuse not to be able to keep up to date with iOS. If you can’t do it, don’t offer the app.

The user interface is poor. If you go into settings, there’s no way to return to the app. You’ve no idea if the changes in the setting have taken effect. You can use the manual mode to set the floor temperature.. that’s about it. All other functions are useless.

This is a really poor system overall and would recommend avoiding this product. What I would love to see as an over the air update is 1) allow the programme to ‘Sleep’ before 8pm - I want to switch my kitchen floor off at 7pm, why should I be forced to leave it by some arbitrary coding? 2) When programming timer you should be able to do this through the App and have a function to copy and paste the last day. It is incredibly fiddly to reprogramme the schedule on the device and for say school holidays when you might not be up so early. 3) it is incredibly basic that you can only programme it to come on twice a day. Please please try and address some of these points. Point 1 is just surely 1 line of code. Thank you.

No “back” button in screens (have to close app and reopen to get back to home screen) and despite setting schedules in app, the heating control doesn’t update. Waste of time having the app - just use the controller instead.

Doesn’t connect to thermostat. Instructions on how to reset don’t work. Useless app.

So unimpressed. Not sure what else to do to make this system provide some underfloor heating in my bathroom.
