If you got the warranty for your furniture, cancel immediately! They don’t want to fix ANYTHING. And after your claim they set it up so that you can’t talk to customer service. Just a money grab.

I have a warranty on my massage chair. When it stopped working, I contacted this service per instructions of the place where I bought it. They sent out a service man. He ordered two parts and said I would be contacted when the parts are in. It’s been 2 months and I have not heard anything. No response to emails and when I called the phone number I got someone who wanted all my personal banking info. These people are a total scam!

Do not fall for this scam! This company does not stand behind the warranty. Purchased an extended warranty for an umbrella purchased at Living Spaces.   When submitting a claim I put in the wrong date by accident of the damage which looks like it was 110 days ago. This company denied the claim stating it must be reported within 30 days. Responded that is just happen 2 weeks prior and I had made a mistake and they continued to decline the claim. My gut when buying the warranty was that it sounded phishy but the sales person at Living Spaces was really good and I went with it. Super bummed. Wish my experience was different but doing my part to warn others. Avoid Living Spaces and don’t get scammed by the extended warranty. Seems they will do anything possible to avoid paying out the warranty.
