Chart folios can be purchased and downloaded in the iSailor Chart Store utilizing the standard iTunes Store payment/purchasing procedure. Chart correction service is provided on annual basis via the auto-renewable subscription service. iTunes will charge payment after confirmation of the chart correction purchase. You may manage your subscriptions and turn off the auto-renewal service in the Account Settings. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. You can cancel your subscription in the Chart Store any time. All previously purchased chart folios will remain available for you and can be restored from the service via the Chart Restore function. To receive subsequent chart corrections for your purchased charts, you will need to subscribe to the annual updates in the Chart Store.
The application works on iPhone and iPad using built-in GPS, NMEA Wi-Fi GPS or an external Bluetooth GPS.
Supported devices (iOS version 9.3.5 and higher):

• iPad - 2nd generation or higher

• Monitoring of navigational data: Position, Course (COG) and Speed Over Ground (SOG)
• Route creation by the graphic and tabular methods. “Go To” routes.
• Waypoint monitoring: Bearing to WP, Distance to WP, XTD, Time-To-Go and ETA
• Schedule information: Time-To-Go and ETA to any selected waypoint ahead

NOTE: Continuous use of the GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease the battery life. Wärtsilä iSailor application may use your location even when it’s not open, which can decrease battery life of the device

Chart Correction Service
Couldn’t correct my folio even after I subscribed for renewal service!
Hong Kong harbour details no longer there!
As titled. Why? Even Navionics has it now. This needs to be resolved especially you're now asking for an annual subscription. Updated: It is showing now. Thanks for fixing it.
All Chart are gone
Even have a prior notice of not to update the apps to prevent loss of the charts of Hong Kong. The apps show me the iOS setting change require restoring the charts. After restore, all charts are gone!!!!!!

Being an user of NAVIONICS and iNavX for months before using the iSailor, I think iSailor has the most updated and accurate E-chart (China). ISailor can be more user friendly if the following functions can be added/improved: (1) Lat and Long input - In Navonics, you can add marks on the chart easily by inputing its latitude and longitude. (2) GPS distance and direction to place of interest In Navonics, it is easy to find the course and distance from current position to any place by taping the "GPS Distance" function. (3) Lines drawing It will be handy if an user can draw lines of interest on the chart. (4) The User Manual does not tell us how to remove marks that added by the user. I will recommend iSailor to all my friends if the above can be addressed. Many thanks. CMB HKSAR- China 2012 Sept 20. The new version (1.5.0) becomes very user-friendly that I have recommended iSailor to all my friends. The following features are further suggested: (1) In iNax, the track records "Lat, Long, speed and course made good" at regular intervals (every 10 seconds in short track). This function is very useful in reviewing the progress of sailing. (2) In Navionics, there are different markers, such as fish, pin and anchorage. (3) In Navioncs, one can easily locate a point by inputing its Lat and Long, then the course and distance to that point from present position. (4) It will be handy if iSailor allows user to draw their own lines (or zones). Thank you for your consideration CMB
