## Washloft Description
WashLoft is the easiest and most convenient way to get your laundry and dry cleaning done. At the tap of a button, you can have your laundry or dry cleaning done within 24 hours.

Washloft is trusted by thousands of customers in the greater Boston area. With industry-leading availability, you can schedule a pick up 7 days a week between the hours of 6 pm to 10 pm.

How Washloft Works

Step 1: Download Washloft and create an account. Just enter your delivery address and phone number and you're ready to schedule your first order!

Step 2: Schedule an order and a Washloft driver will arrive with your free personalized laundry and dry cleaning bags. Washloft is an earth-friendly company, so please reuse your heavy duty Washloft bags to prevent waste!

Step 3: Washloft staff will clean your clothes using plant-based hypoallergenic detergents and natural products. We will provide you with realtime updates via the Washloft app on the status of your order.

Step 4: A Washloft driver will send you a notification to let you know when they will be arriving with your freshly cleaned items. All payment is handled through the app but Washloft drivers are allowed to accept cash tips if you feel that you had a great experience.

The Washloft Difference

We actually clean your clothes ourselves. Most laundry and dry cleaning apps use third-party vendors or “partners” to clean your clothes. Rest easy knowing that all Washloft orders are cleaned at our own facilities by our expert staff. We have high quality standards and processes in place to ensure you receive the best quality service possible.

Out of this World Laundry: Experience divine perks like essential oil aromatherapy. We use organic wool balls and essential oils to diffuse pleasant scents into your clothing. Just select your preferred scent when creating your order and your nose will thank you later.

Earth Friendly: Washloft uses ECOS Free & Clear laundry detergent. This hypoallergenic, plant-based laundry detergent will leave your clothes with a luxuriously soft feel. Washloft also uses both biodegradable and reusable packing for your order to eliminate waste.

Lightning Fast: Washloft customers enjoy free 24-hour turnaround on all orders, with drop-offs available up to a week after pickup.

Order Tracking: See the live status of your order any time in the Washloft app. You'll also receive SMS updates when your driver is picking up or dropping off your order.

## Washloft Reviews in United States

### ***** "Amazing!"
Washloft is the best! Super reliable, efficient, organized. Definitely worth it
-- Washloft, 2023-11-02

### ***** "A Life Saver!"
This is the most convenient and economical laundry service in Boston! I tried them because I had procrastinated my laundry to the point where it was overwhelming and I was amazed at how quick, kind, and careful with my clothes they were. The options are amazing and they’re always very fast and courteous. Definitely saves me time and stress from the laundromat!
-- Duchessashton, 2021-10-05

### *---- "THEFT! DONT USE!"
They sell gift cards that they dont even ACCEPT. Like how actually smooth brain stupid is that, this company SELLS A GIFT CARD FOR THEIR SERVICE but THERE IS NO WAY THEY WILL ACCEPT OR REDEEM ITS VALUE. F-ing thieves. My mom got me a gift card for $100 as a birthday present and i have no way to clean my clothes still. F you washloft. Take down my review i dare you it will be back here every day.
-- george L english, 2021-04-04

### ***** "Incredible service!"
The service was quick and reliable and my clothes came back feeling soft, neatly folded and smelling amazing. The person who picked up my clothes was very nice and wearing a mask. He lifted a ton of clothes and brought them back the next day. It was an amazing experience. I will be using this service again!
-- Etorresreviews, 2020-10-30

### ***** "Super happy!"
Just used Washloft for the first time and was very pleased. Everything was on time and we had great service. In the past we used another app for the same service, but this was much better! Much more reasonably priced, and a quicker turn around for getting our clothes back. We will definitely use it again.

### ***** "Awesome service"
With the coin shortage, doing laundry has been almost impossible. After trying one laundry service in Boston that was just okay, I decided to give washloft a try next.
