Booking at WashOn is easy - here how it works:
Open the app and sign on with a mobile number.
Click on the + (Order Now) button.
The app will ask pickup detail (Address, Pickup Date, and Time) and payment information.
Payment can be done using cash or credit card. We will send a payment link after pickup.

Destroyed my clothes. Each t-shirt cost 500 aed. Nobody in this company can read the icons on the tags. If you like your clothes and want them to live long never mess with this washon company. And btw they are always late for collection and delivery. 👎👎👎🤮

Brought back my clothes stained with some ink. Those stains werent there. After telling them about this, still made me pay. Problem is I already sent another order with them and was worried about it. They refused to deliver it to me until I pay for it, and I didnt want to until I got my clothes back and made sure they are not damaged again. For days the refused to give me back my clothes. Finally they did and AGAIN CLOTHES WERE DAMAGED. They never refunded me or even wanted to give a discount. They were trying to force me to pay for damaged clothes.
