## WashWallet Reviews in United States

### ***** "Easy"
At first I wasn’t thrilled my complex was getting this but it’s so convenient and I love the available feature. Saves me from walking 3 flights of stairs if they are in use.
-- Kristy3133, 2026-09-13

### ***-- "Need improvements"
It should be able to display the timer left on the washing and drying cycle and notifying when it’s done
-- vin239, 2026-08-29

### *---- "Expensive"
App works great but why am I spending $5 for every load of laundry it’s ridiculous
-- shaggy77913, 2026-08-19

### *---- "Can not add funds"
Error
-- любитель пиццы от доминос, 2026-08-17

### ***** "Solid app"
Does the basic stuff well and consistently. Having ability to share accounts with household members would be nice.
-- NooNooBear, 2026-07-26

### ***** "Perfect"
This app makes life so much easier for me. Wow.
-- Namuliw, 2026-07-11

### *---- "Awful"
As another person said, it doesn’t show availability and has every single building’s washing machine in one long list (not even in order, mind you). They may have other similar apps, but haven’t learned anything from their previous iterations.
-- Incose, 2026-06-19

### ***** "Wash Wallet"
Great machines, great app!
-- EMD5288, 2026-06-13

### *---- "Basically useless"
Doesn’t show you availability, doesn’t give you times for your loads, doesn’t have corresponding numbers to the actual machines. Only thing that works is payment.
-- Triliciouz, 2026-06-13

### *---- "App issues"
The app doesn’t accurately display the time left on washer and dryers. I contacted customer support about this and said the times are estimate and don’t reflect the actual times. I would understand if the timer was off by a minute or two but I don’t think 30 minutes is a good estimate when there was only 6 minutes left of my cycle.
-- Sasa13364, 2026-05-22

### ***** "Las máquinas de lavar"
Me encanta el modo de uso de las máquinas son fáciles de usar
-- Mía eres, 2026-05-16

### ***-- "UI issues"
When submitting a report, hitting the keyboard “return key” doesn’t collapse the keyboard thus I’m unable to submit one. Would also be nice to add Apple wallet access
