Your app can’t even pick the exact location, leave alone drivers who want to bargain above the apps rate. You have poor unresponsive customer service not to mention drivers using unofficial numbers to call clients and different vehicles. Now you have competitors, feel the pinch of your unprofessionalism -- Unsatisfied Client100, 2024-06-23 ### ***** "Top notch services" Read the title And thats an understatement -- mwangathegreat, 2024-04-11 ### *---- "Dishonest & Thief drivers" Can not recommend this app especially if you are in Nakuru -- Cavendish N, 2024-01-15 ### *---- "Low Quality app experience" The app UI is terrible, more so after the update. It logged me out and asked for a pin and the keyboard UI cannot auto hide to allow me to continue. Terrible service. I’m having to get alternative means. Very unreliable! -- 801-Tax, 2023-12-01 ### *---- "Unfriendly app" I have had bad experiences with this app. The drivers were very rude and always demanded extra cash then what the app states. Would not recommend to anyone. -- Prit7493, 2023-07-25 ### **--- "OTP is not being delivered" OTP is not being delivered -- jjhhjsgsgeg, 2022-12-30 ### *---- "Drivers are uncouth app is not good" Drivers are uncouth and charge customers extra besides what is shown in the app. They are not humane. A simple request such as going to view a room for about 5 minutes was charged extra and the man was rude and disrespectful. This is not an app I can ever use again or recommend anyone to use 👎🏽 0/10 -- tarotmmm, 2022-04-21 ### ***** "Best Taxi" Best taxi service while in Nakuru, Eldoret, Kilifi and Kitale. Professional drivers, clean cars and amazing app. ✨ -- Muigai A, 2020-06-17 ### *---- "UNPROFESSIONAL & HORRIBLE SERVICE" They have thieves as drivers & the most unprofessional customer service ever. You’re better off using public means than this as a car service! HORRIBLE is an understatement. -- Lagat B., 2020-06-12 [View all WASILI reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## WASILI Available In - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/kenya) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/canada) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/united-arab-emirates) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/uganda) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/australia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/india) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/france) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/turkey) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/china) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/germany) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/belgium) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/egypt) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/south-africa) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/lebanon) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/norway) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/senegal) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/sweden) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/japan) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/denmark) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/switzerland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/israel) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/algeria) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/nigeria) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/austria) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/poland) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/saudi-arabia) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/argentina) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/thailand) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/spain) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/ireland) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/hong-kong) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/italy) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/colombia) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/kazakhstan) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/wasili-gZcc/azerbaijan) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
