Id be very wary using this any place that matters.  If you don’t constantly make the the app is connected and open you will not get warnings on your phone. I often get logged out and have to relogin to the app.  I’m literally to the point that I have a reminder to tell me to test it every 2 weeks

Just tested and when it got wet it never sent any notices to the phone.  Opened the app and it said water leak detected

The idea is great but the execution between devices is useless

### *---- "Garbage. Flooded basement no notification"
Our basement flooded and we received no notification.  I have a mesh system with 2.4 and 5 GHz and the extender is 20 feet from 3 of them and the app say poor service connection.  Battery shows full but when I put them in water I get no alert or alarm.  When I opened the app, the updates must have disconnected me from their service because I had to approve several changes for anything to come up.  I have invested around $100 in these and have zero faith in them!!!
Customer Support, Can I return these? Can you pay me for new carpeting?

The product along with product support does not work. Connectivity and email support does not meet expectations. I’m fact, the email provided for support bounces back. Stay away from the app and their products.

Works fine for iPad 15.7.  But under 16.1 it only works by logging out and logging back in.  Amateur code.

I had two water sensors set up in my basement- one next to the sump pump and one under the water heater. 

Our sump pump just failed and flooded the basement. Both sensors were sitting in water and neither alerted me. 

After the flood,  I checked the app and it said both sensors were functioning and battery power was good on both. 

Just deleted the app and threw out the sensors- total garbage!!!!

I’ve been crawling under furniture replugging lamps that were operating just fine until the “update.”  The arrangement seems to have gone back in time a few years, and I’m super frustrated.

Recently received notice of water.  Found ac drain was plugged.  Suctioned out drain.  Only small puddle to clean up.

### *---- "Non-existent customer service"
Wasserstein has no customer service phone number. The website offers a Live Chat feature, but it is routed through Facebook (which some of want to avoid), and once you get there, the “live” site says that you will respond within 24 hours. When I sent my queries to the email address, I received back instructions that bore no resemblance to the iOS version of the app. Really, if you something doesn’t work with a Wasserstein device, you are completely on your own!
