## WatchMyBack Description
WatchMyBack helps you improve posture, sit smarter, and protect your eyes:

• Posture alerts: Notifies you when you slouch, lean, or sit sideways.
• Reduce discomfort: Supports your back and neck.
• Better eye health: Maintain a healthy distance while reading or writing.
• Gentle voice reminders: Alerts you without being distracting.
• For desk warriors: Perfect for students, remote workers, and more.

This app is FREE. I made it for my 9-year-old daughter with a bit of help from AI.
