Tried to sleep but my finger was pulsing the entire time and super uncomfortable. Hard to do a sleep study when you can’t fall asleep from the stupid device on your finger. I lasted about an hour

Similar to what other reviewers have reported I also had an unpleasant issue using the app the device. My finger was stinging, and I was unable to sleep because of the stinging. I wore the device for six hours and could not wait to take it off.  After removing the finger piece I found a welt that almost looks like a burn blister right underneath the fingernail.

I have had to redo this test 2 times already because in the middle of the night, the app stops working or something, and when I wake up, it saying the sleep data has already been sent, but it doesn’t send anything

Called support tech and they were very helpful.  Apparently once I changed the battery to a new one that I had it started and they walked me through.

Appeared to be working all night just now dealing with a message that said there was an error but yet it said I had completed ok??? Going to call support before I unhook everything.

This might be one of the worst designed apps available on the App Store. It is continuously getting stuck - it doesn’t have any options for pausing processes, if you exit the app once, it resets all progress made. This company responsible for this app did a great job scamming a lot of medical institutions.

Not the best finger probe design. Only was able to record 5 hours of data before ripping off the device to try to actually sleep. I won’t be going off the data collected because how useful is a sleep study when you can’t sleep. Poor app, poor measurement device, not a great experience. Will not be doing this again.

This was the best sleep test I ever had.  It worked fine. I got big fingers. I used my pinky and it went good.

The app and device synch just fine but the uncomfortable finger monitor does not suit well for a sleep study! We should be made comfortable not feel finger pain within a short period of time. Wasn't sure if my finger was getting circulation cut off from the monitor. Second issue for me was the monitor for my neck which fell off immediately while trying to sleep. I shouldn’t have to get out of bed to secure it with tape or something else I may have at home. If insurance is helping cover this sleep study in home to satisfy their requirements then the sleep center may need to send along something to secure the neck monitor that works better than their pathetic sticky adhesive on the device. The patient shouldn’t be burdened by this device to get good sleep and results from the device.

I couldn’t sleep due to how much the pulse ox sensor hurt my finger. It was throbbing all night and there’s no way to switch fingers once you start. Basically made the test useless.

The set-up and everything with the sensors and the app went fine, but I had a bad night and couldn't sleep at all. For awhile I tried to find some way to cancel the test within the app so I could re-do it another night but the app just forces you to send in your results no matter what. I tried to quickly delete the app when it got to the screen saying my results were being sent in, but I later got a text saying my results were received. Now I'm not sure if I can take the test again.

The O2 monitor that goes on the finger was waking me up multiple times through the night because of the tight squeezing/adhesive burning sensation. Very uncomfortable to use. My finger was still sore the next morning.

### ***** "Worked Seamlessly"
Worked without a hitch for me. I restarted the phone before using it, just in case. In Settings -> WatchPat One, Document Storage showed iCloud Drive. So I freed up some space in my iCloud, just to make sure.

I allowed all notifications from the app and left it open in the foreground all night. Don’t forget to hit complete in the morning.
