WATER, LAND & YOGA WORKOUTS – JUST PRESS PLAY.
Get moving with our growing library of 20- to 50-minute video and audio pool workouts. Our videos use multiple camera angles, so you won’t have to guess what to do, and our audio is recorded in a professional sound studio making the instructions easy to hear and follow. You’ll be able to mark the workouts you enjoy most with the “Favorite” button so you can find them easily. Are there days you can’t get to the pool? Our joint-friendly 8- to 12-minute workouts for land will let you exercise wherever you are.

TARGETED 28-DAY PROGRAMS
Whether you are making a new commitment to personal health, preparing for an event, or looking for a joint friendly way to stay fit, you’ll find a program to help you get to your goals faster. Each program includes daily workouts, printable calendar, exercise tips, and a personal reflection activity so we can work together to get results you want.

You can cancel at any time in Settings in the Wavemakers App. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid charges. Subscriptions are non-refundable. I have been using the shallow water workouts for 3 months.  Not only do I feel great doing them but I am pain free all day after.  Laurie is truly a genius at creating programs. One lady that joined us for the upper body workout told me she had a pinched nerve in her neck for months,  after doing the upper body mobility workout ONCE, her pain disappeared. I love the water yoga and the 5 point body workouts best. Highly recommend!
