Edit Profile window does not allow user to update more than one field without exiting and reentering that screen. The formula for calculating daily Water intake is not apparent but it was close enough for me so I left it alone (it is editable). However, after installing the widget, my water requirement more than doubled. Siri does not log the water consumed but does open the app for you to do. I’ve emailed the developers, and hopefully will get a response on how to fix the issue.
