## Watering Can App Reviews in United States

### *---- "App is Broken"
Unable to create an account. This app is broken. Do not use.
-- Uncle Ezra, 2023-07-10

### **--- "Unable to create a new account"
Love the idea but unable to create a new account to check it out. After entering my email the continue button is non-reactive.
-- Jameson9989, 2023-07-05

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
The software is terrible and doesn’t even let you create an account. Feels like a scam from just trying to make the account
-- Carston11, 2023-06-22

### *---- "App is Broken"
Can’t get past the email part of account creation. Nothing happens when you click continue.
-- MichaelT42, 2023-06-22

### *---- "Not functioning properly and limited features"
I wanted to have the ability to have my plants watered and also sign up to be a plant waterer, but the app only allows you to be one or the other.

I’ve also tried to login recently, and it’s frozen on the login screen. I can’t access my account.
-- breeboop, 2023-06-15

### *---- "Won’t let me log in"
So I got the 14 pro max and forgot to log back into the app. Finally remembered to do so and it won’t let me log in. I just get a “please wait.” I thought maybe my account went inactive and I needed to reset my password but when I try to do that I get a “please wait” as well and it won’t proceed.

### ***** "Great app!"
A much needed app! Super helpful and easy to use!
-- ardeeeeeeeee, 2022-06-13

### ***** "Life saver!!"
This app has been a life saver! I was going out of town and needed someone to take care of my monstera, and I was so glad to find someone through Watering Can!
-- Binnybince, 2022-06-07

### *---- "Wont let me onto the app"
My $30 background check cleared, it’s been 9 business days and still not cleared to be accepting jobs. Contacted support email on log in page on business day 7 and still nothing back on when/if I will be accepted. So far looks like a waste of my money-I’ll update my review if this issue is fixed.
-- motherofplantz, 2022-05-26

### *---- "I wanted to check out this app..."
I tried to sign up on the app just to have a look at it, but you can't do anything without signing up. I was hesitant, but I put in my phone number to get the verification code, but it never came. I tried to resend the code four different times and never received a code. So, unfortunately the app is unusable.
